An amazing March tour in Banff! - A fascinating tour with an amazing guide! Comfortable commute as well. I personally feel it could've been longer with more time in Banff town or an additional spot, but otherwise amazing!

The hike in Johnston... - The hike in Johnston canyon was truly a spectacular adventure. Our tour guide provided us with spikes so we wouldn’t slip on the icy trail. It was peaceful and serene. The glacier falls and pools were beautiful and the air was crisp and smelled of those gorgeous pines all around us. Our guide, Harrison was patient, informative, and friendly all day.

An unforgettable day! - This was such an enjoyable experience. Our guide Kasondra was very knowledgeable about Banff, Lake Louise, and the surrounding areas. She was also professional and enthusiastic as she took the group to the different sites. I was amazed as I took in the beauty of these national treasures. Now that I have experienced the winter version of this tour, I would love to do it again in the summer to see the changes in the scenery. If you are staying in Calgary, but want to get out of the city for a day, I totally recommend this tour! You will not be disappointed, especially if you get Kasondra as your guide!

Perfect day trip to Banff - It was a perfect day tour to see the highlights of the park! I felt like it was a good amount of time at each spot and Kasondra, the tour guide was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable of all the spots and made it such a pleasant day! Very happy I did this tour.

To the Rocky Mountains with Phil. - We loved the tour, and mostly our guide Phil, who was super funny and helpful. Phil is also an excellent driver, knows a lot about Calgary and the region.

Banff tour review - Cassandra was a great guide. She was very patient and explained the background and history of each location. She also made sure all the passengers were safe. Although I did think that the entire tour package was not as expected and was slightly over priced.

A No Show. Just took my payment. - I don’t recommend booking on this tour operator using Viator as a third party.. They were even accusing me and using other photo to deny my request of refund because of no show by their dishonest tour guide/driver. This is the first time that I experienced a bad tour service from Viator.

Flight cancellation? Too bad - we don't give a damn. - Due to extreme weather issues, our connecting flight from Dallas to Calgary was canceled. Completely out of our control, we were unable to make our Banff/Lake Louise tour the next morning since we were grounded in Dallas. Viator and Banff Tours both refused to refund us. Banff Tours offered a different day, but we were on a tight schedule heading to Churchill for our 4 day tour there, making rescheduling impossible. If someone cancels because they change their mind, that's one thing. But we weren't even in COUNTRY yet, which makes it a little tough to join the tour. The customer service attitude was basically ' yeah, we don't give a damn.'
