Totally recommended! - It was a great experience! Hasan, our guide and driver was very professional and helpful. He also took us amazing pictures. Although, a little bit more time to enjoy the desert would be perfect. Anyhow it was an amazing life time experience!! Thank you so much Hasan!

Tariq was on time at our... - Tariq was on time at our hotel! Once enroute, he set the stage for the evening, outlining all the details for what was about to happen, including the sequencing of events, where the stops will be, and what was included/not included in the package we purchased. His car was clean, he was patient, and he make the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks Tariq for a WONDERFUL safari experience!

Must do - Great value for a fun packed day out. Adnan was a brilliant funny and friendly host. Great ride over the sand dunes and I loved the sandboarding. We had a small camel ride and a great bbq with 3 different shows. Would definitely recommend.

4x4 desert drive - after waiting 1 hour for pickup. had to send a map of pickup as he did not know where to pickup. long drive to desert. stopped at shop first, of course... was not supposed to do quadbiking, but some people on tour had booked. so wasted 30 to 40 minutes waiting for others to do riding. 4x4 desert bashing was good but only 15 minutes. 15 minutes for photos. long drive to tent site for tea and show. which was ok. long tour of 5 to 6 hours for only 20 minutes 4x4 desert drive.

VIP booking is a joke - The trip started well. Driver friendly and on time. First stop was buying headscarf from 60 aed. Each one. Then made a stop to ride a quad bike. There is a promise on the site of 30+ but you get 20 min. Only after a comment you get extra time. For participation, they try to get you to book an upgrade.to go into the desert with a larger vehicle. Starting from 800AED. For 3 persons. The kamerik really nothing was exactly 1 min and good for a picture. De.safari was.wel ok, sliding down a hill nice to do.once. There were men with a bird and you get offered the bird to take pictures and then you hear that you have to pay extra. 40AED per person (they pretend it's part of the deal and then they say not included) Then another drive to the camp to eat. We had booked and paid for a VIP package. On arrival it turned out that it was not settled. We waited for about an hour and finally got a makeshift table near the boxes that were of course deafeningly loud. Otherwise not set as the other tables. Taking pictures in clothes not offered. Also henna tattoo is small if.you want bigger you have to pay extra. It was very busy and certainly not VIP. Quite reasonable but expectations should not be too high. The number of stars has been awarded, because the handling has also not been taken up properly and they do not take responsibility for the poor organization for the VIP booking.

Would not recommend - I’ll start with the good. The driver was kind, patient, and a great driver. The off roading portion of the sand dune drive is very cool. And the sunset is beautiful in the desert. If you get motion sick, take something in advance. The rest of the experience is just not good. You should know that the drive is around 2 hours each way to get to the desert. That’s 4 hours right there. Once at the desert, you are dropped at a dingy tent for close to an hour, with tons of vendors trying to sell you things. If you booked the ATV portion you do this here, otherwise you sit and wait. We were not offered the sand boards which would have been fun and were supposedly included. Once you get to the “desert camp” you are once again approached by people trying to sell you things. The place itself is quite disgusting - no toilet paper in the men or women’s bathrooms and there was feces in the sink. Only drink available is a can of Coca Cola unless you upgrade to the premium package, which they will try to pressure you to do. Camel ride is maybe 1 minute, and then they’ll try to sell you a photo. The buffet has a variety of foods, but be prepared to put your hands right into the pita platter along with everyone else who is there. The show was mediocre at best. The traffic was horrible and we got back to the hotel close to 11 pm, which made for a long evening. We were really looking forward to this excursion but unfortunately would not recommend this experience.

I do not recommend- frustrating experience - Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. First of all, our driver went to a different location for the pick-up than what was originally agreed. We had to look for him for more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, which caused a lot of stress. During the tour, sandboarding was included — the activity my kids were most excited about. However, when we asked several staff members about it, no one seemed to know anything. Eventually, someone handed us a board, but it was broken, so we couldn’t enjoy the activity at all. The short camel ride lasted only 1–2 minutes. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially for the children who were really looking forward to it.
