Ammad made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying every moment - A special thanks to our guide, Ammad, who made the experience even more memorable. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the desert. His driving skills during the dune bashing were incredible — thrilling yet very safe.

Incredible day on desert safari - Great experience, with an amazing driver AMMAD! He was very helpful and supportive to everything we needed, and he contributed to make this Safari unforgettable! We enjoyed a lot and we suggest to go and ask for the same driver!

Amazing - Ammad was such a helpful and patient guide . He was with us all throughout the desert. He helped us with sand boarding The shows were fantastic, awesome and unbelievable.

Unforgettable! - Our tour guide Darain did a great job and was a great driver! Very thoughtful and knew loads of interesting facts about the areas. I’d recommend this experience to any tourists visiting Dubai or the nearby area. Me and my girlfriend had a lot of fun :)

Must do if in Dubai! - Great overall experience. Practice communication, timely pickup, great guide (Arhum), excellent quad biking with lots of time to enjoy, plenty of time for all activities including dine bashing and lastly great dinner with variery menu.

We liked the dune bashing... - We liked the dune bashing as the guide played great music and it was so much fun . Quad biking was done in a place private area for 30 minutes . Premium buffet food was good . The shows weren’t that impressive only 3 shows performed by individual artists.

Disappointing, and not what I expected - This will maybe be one of the bad review among all the great ones. But this is an honest review from a family of 4, children 11 and 14. We had our own rental and stayed in Al Marjan Island. Therefor pickup could not be done and we had to meet at the starting point. It took me forever to even get the location for meeting the crew, but eventually got it by a contact that was listed on TripAdvisor. We drove a few hours earlier to have spare time to see the desert or have quick meal. We ended up driving back and forth because the location was not possible to drive through. Finally I got hold of our driver for the evening who told me another waypoint, which worked. We ended up coming 2 minutes before meeting time. We met the driver, he told us to hop in. Only knowing the general program we had no idea what we were going to do but found out that this was not the dune bashing trip. Overall - every activity was hurried through, we felt like products on a manufacturing line be skipped to each new processing station. We ended up at the camp where meals were given and a few shows. We were in such a hurry that we didn’t get to do sand boarding or have the Hanna tattoo for the young one. So generally a very disappointing trip. I would never recommend this to anyone. But maybe it all lies in the fact that we came by ourselves? Maybe the crew informed people in the transportation cars from the hotel how the experience was going to be? I don’t know. But rest assured, I very rarely give bad reviews, but this was not at all what I expected.

There was no initimation... - There was no initimation about driver and car details so as per the voucher guests was wiating at the lobby since 1:30 pm. No one recieves phone at the number provided on the ticket / voucher . this were not orgamised . it semmed that the tour wont take place but thanks to my travel agent who did their best to make it happen otherwise the tour operator linked to viator was not professional and resonsible.
