Porto Mós Beach - Sunset Yoga in Lagos
We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia de Porto Mós, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Please sign up in advanced! Starting time might change depending on weather, tide and sunset time, which I will text you a day before the booked class.

Please meet me 5 minutes before the given time at the little square in front of Campi Mar restaurant at Porto de Mos. You will recognize me as I will bring the Yoga mats. In case we still don't find each other, please call me or drop me a whatsapp message.

Mindfulness in action! Beautiful experience - Lizi was such a welcoming and warm host and the beach is spectacular! Highly recommend this mindful experience. We also really appreciated receiving some photographs afterwards which made a wonderful holiday memento.

Beautiful sunset experience! - Lizi led an incredible class! She is a thoughtful and interesting teacher, and the class was so rejuvenating. I would 100% recommend her. The views of the cliffs and ocean were insane 😍

This Class is Wonderful and so is Lizi - This was an amazing experience. Lizi was so nice, patient, and communicated with me frequently and clearly about the class. She took us to the most beautiful spot and took pictures for us. I am going to do her class every time I come to Portugal. Thank you Lizi.

10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We really enjoyed our yoga on the beach at sunset. Izzy was fantastic instructor and was she caters to all levels of ability. Would highly recommend.
