Great tour of the Bengali caves with a great company! - Our tour was great, unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal so we couldn’t go into all of the caves but we appreciated the guide putting our safety first and still showing us what he could! It was nice to be in a smaller tour group than some of the other companies, as other companies had guided groups of around 50 people and ours was just 4! Was much better!! Thanks to Andre our guide who showed us the history of the caves and explained a lot. We enjoyed it despite the weather and they even gave us a lift back to our car which was up a massive hill - very much appreciated!! Would recommend to others :)

Great time great guide - We paddled to the Benagil caves in wonderful conditions. A brilliant guide made us discover hidden corners, with literally the Passion for the place. All in Safety which is not a small word to me when the motorboats brush past you on the Water . A big thank you for this great time

Great tour of rocks and caves - Super organized. The guide was careful and gave a feeling of security. The real highlight is not the Benagil cave, but the drive through the many smaller caves and rocks afterwards. Highly recommended.

Great tour with Paulo! - We did the kayak tour with Paulo and it was amazing! He was very nice and showed us all the secret caves and cool spots! So ask for Paulo for the best kayak experience! :)

Fantastic tour and friendly staff! - Wonderful experience! It was fabulous from A to Z! Susanna was so sweet to come back to pick me up as I was a few minutes late... (sorry again!)... Our guide Paolo was the best, he made us feel safe to follow him into the caves, he was cheerful, patient and kind! The sights were incredible, I will always remember this tour, just awesome! Thank you!

Great time - The instructor was very kind, very attentive to us. We had a great time and saw some very beautiful things.

Not worth it - Unfortunately, a number of aspects did not meet our expectations. Firstly, we were not aware that we would be joining a group from another company. This lack of information caused confusion upon our arrival and it took us a considerable amount of time to locate the correct group. Additionally, the group size exceeded the stated maximum of 16 participants, as we counted 23 people. This not only led to delays but also detracted from the experience. The crew also appeared to be inexperienced and provided very little guidance on what we were going to do, which was disappointing. Last but not least, when our concerns and opinions were communicated with the company they were dismissed with the comment “no one else has complained” which was not true. Not worth it.

Instagram vs reality - Location was very nice and just like the pics but too many people clammed like sardines from kayak, paddle board to boats… Wait time was very long and cut our kayak time short. Guide didn’t give us much directions and looked very unhappy/mad the whole time. I’d recommend going there early and rent kayak vs guided if you go there. I won’t plan to go back.

A disappointing experience - The reservation was canceled and I was only informed 1 hour before, I was already on my way to the Algarve and it was not possible to carry out the activity on site, due to the excess of people I could not find another company to carry out the same kayak tour, which would have been a surprise for my wife on her birthday. It was a big disappointment and a total irresponsibility of the company Ocean4fun.
