Great experience - Beautiful kayak hike. The 2 hour package is incredible Excellent guide, José who speaks French very well! Point of honor on the team also very friendly. We highly recommend this company.

An experience not to be missed! - Great time yesterday discovering the Benagil Cave and the surrounding beaches with our great guides José and Gonçalo, always attentive. Very good experience!

The best experience - My friend and I did the kayak tour with Julio as a guide and the experience was incredible... they take you to the main cave of Benagil and then they take you to other caves where you see different things. I recommend it.

Super guide, amazing experience - The kayaking trip was simply amazing. Not only the experience was breathtaking, with stunning views, amazing beaches, mythical caves. It was great. But also the guide - Jose. Was incredible. The Professional as professional can be, attentive to every detail, informative, and also very sociable, and communicative. Highly recommend !

Was great until… - Checkin was very easy. We had two non-swimmers and luckily the water was very calm that day. One of our kayaks was a little behind and parked their kayak someone after us at Benagil. When we went back to return someone had taken our kayak. We got back to the beach where they let you in and the company asked us to wait until the other kayak came back. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KAYAK and go exploring. People are not paying attention and just grab a kayak.

Difficult to locate on... - Difficult to locate on the beach. Find the pink shirts. Reservation was not checked and received kayak 30+ minutes past scheduled time. Minimal direction given, thankfully we were experienced kayakers.

ok but to improve - We have been renting one kayak for two in the end of June. It is true that every company are located in the same beach, so it is hard to find your renting company, and everyone steps to each others. There is no explications or brief about how to use the kayak and where to go, so it is up to you to inform yourself before going or to ask questions before starting your trip .In addition be verry careful in the cave because it is VERY hard and dangerous to get in and get out because of the others boat company which doesnt respect any safety rules and distance security. Plus if you get stuck in the cave you cannot count on the staff of others comapny to help you.. which is sad. It can be a really better company if they make more explications before throwing us in the water! Otherwise it is quite a friendly staff and beautiful places to explore for sure.

Use another company. Long long wait. - Whilst the Kayaking was great (although ridiculously busy), the hire company was shockingly unorganised. Directed to the beach by a couple of stoners to look out for a guy in a pink t-shirt who told us to stand with 300 other people to wait an hour for a kayak. Other companies seemed to be a lot more experienced.

never got on the water - terrible service. booked at 12 noon for a 330pm hire. got an email at 247pm when travelling to the meeting point to notify the hire was cancelled, no reason was given. why take the booking in the first place?
