- Bon Temps Grill - This fabulous local restaurant serves up our favorite chicken and sausage gumbo. There’s also a full bar and a fun specialty cocktail menu. (*Adult beverages are not included in tour price but can be purchased for those who choose to partake.)
- Poupart Bakery Inc - Every tour ends with dessert, and Poupart’s is on of our favorite stops. We do like to leave a few things to surprise, just know, we are professional eaters, and we guarantee it will be fresh and delicious!
- NuNu’s Market-Youngsville - If you’re taking our lunch tour (10am,) we’ll head to the outskirts of Lafayette to experience fresh smoked sausage, boudin, and cracklin at this, one of our absolute favorite Cajun specialty meat markets. you’ll have a few minutes for shopping and we carry an extra ice chest on board the bus!

We partner with an array of 30 eating joints, meaning the tours, routes and food samples may vary.
Our passionate and well-informed tour guides are natives, with a thorough understanding not just of the food but the all-encompassing cultural subtleties of our locale.

Delicious, enjoyable and relaxing! Highly recommend! - Wonderful to sit back, relax and enjoy the food! Soo nice to have someone drive you and tell you all about the area and food! Learned about the history of the area and got to experience so many neat and tasty foods! Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and has a great relationship with the restaurants—we had so many extras we wouldn’t have had going on our own. Nice relaxed-air conditioned and comfortable bus! Safe, fun, and enjoyable! Highly recommend this tour and company. Will definitely be coming back to do more!

Don’t wait, book your tour NOW! - This was our first time in Lafayette and we wanted to see what the best food options were in town. Our tour guide Jay was incredible! He was so full of knowledge about the area, the culture and food… we not only had excellent food, we left with a wealth of knowledge and we can’t wait to come back! If you’re visiting the Lafayette area, this tour is a MUST! You will be so happy you did, they are the true definition of “lagniappe”!

Great Cajun Food Tour! - This was our second time to do a Cajun Food Bus Tour in Lafayette. We loved it the first time so much we decided to meet our daughter and son-in-law for the weekend and treat them to the tour. In addition to the fabulous Cajun food, the history of the city and food was fantastic also!

Great experience! - This has been my first food tour and if other food tours are only half as fun and interesting (and delicious!) as this one, I‘ll do one in every city from now on! We got to learn a lot about the history of the city and the history of the food all while tasting the gorgeous treats Lafayette has to offer.

Great way to see different restaurants and foods - I have never done a foodie tour. This was a great experience. The bus was great, the stops were great and our tour guide Jay was informative and great!! I loved hearing about the food including the history of the food. I will definitely do this tour again the next time I’m in town visiting my mom.

Take this tour! - This tour was awesome! The five food stops were all top notch. Foods we had on this particular day included boudin, shrimp po boy, gumbo, rice and bean, fried alligator and a special King Cake. In addition our guide Marie was a wealth of knowledge and we left this tour full of Cajun knowledge and a very full and satisfied stomach.

Girls Day Out - Marie,
Wow!! What a great tour and hospitality!! This is my 2nd tour and love your zeal for this area and culture. Myself and 3 of my friends did a birthday celebration on your morning tour. We are from this area, and loved the places you brought us to. We all agreed we are interested in taking another tour very soon, perhaps the walking tour of Breaux Bridge will be our next one!!

A Taste of Cajun Country! - What a fun tour!! Great local food with a touch of the area history thrown in!! A great combination. All 5 stops highlighted Cajun food we are known for!! I highly recommend this tour, whether you are a local or visiting from elsewhere! A perfect way to taste our specialties!

First time tour. - Preference was morning tour, but no one else signed up, so we switched to afternoon tour. We had plans to pick up something light for dinner on way home. We had five stops, tasting gumbo, boudin, cracklings, crawfish egg roll, catfish bites, two types of pizza, fried Oreo and king cake. Somewhere around the catfish bites, we decided no dinner would be necessary!!! I thought the samples would be just a bite, but they were generous. Everything was tasty. I’m local. Then my daughter and her friend were from Atlanta. I would go back to any of the places we visited. (I had been to a couple before). Jay was very knowledgeable and gave info between stops. I’d say I only had one complaint: at the end, we rolled out of truck, rolled into our car, got home, into PJs; we were too stuffed to even have a glass of wine. Highly recommend. Hope to get to do the morning tour sometime.
