Fresh off the boat - Had a lovely guide named Rachel from the UK via Canada and now has resided in Italy for 28 years. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a great trip right from the ship.

My Pisa! - The tour was great! Very informative. The guide gave us free time to walk around and explore. It is crowded near the Tower.

You have to do this - This was awesome, definitely a bucket list item. Our guide was efficient and did her job well. We had enough free time to cover all of the attractions plus have lunch. What a great day.

Great service and worth every penny. - Amber and Nuflur I think the drivers name was ?? They were both fantastic!! We really enjoyed the trip with them.

Gabriele- what an amazing tour guide!! - A great start to our trip was the excellent air con on the bus, everything was well organised. Unfortunately at the 1st stop before Pisa my son was sick!! Our Guide Gabriele was amazing, he arranged a taxi back to the port. On leaving I said to Gabriele tell Pisa I said hi. Later that day I got a message with a picture of the leaning tower of Pisa from Gabriele and he asked how my son was feeling. I was amazed and grateful that he had gone out of his way to send the photo. Exceptional service!

Pisa Well worth a visit - Good communication from the company, very organised and friendly Our guide was Greta she took us to Lerici which was beautiful resort followed by Pisa. Lots of shops restaurants & bars. Had a beautiful view of the tower whilst having a couple of glasses of wine Would recommend pick up and dropped off at the port. Toilets 1 euro pay by card free in bars & restaurants if you purchase something

Uncomfortable bus. - The tour guide & bus driver were 5 out of 5. The stops & information were very informative & well timed. However the bus was very uncomfortable. The seats were so cramped together and narrow. A number of taller passengers had to sit sideways into the aisle. Today I have a very sore back due to the small space.

Ideal with kids, well... - Ideal with kids, well organised. Tour guide very professional. Only negative was there was no real need for visiting the first town.

Stressful and Hot - Gabrielle the tour guide was fine. He did his job. I realize this was not a tour but basically transportation. My main problem was I had contacted the tour company ahead of time so I could purchase tower tickets and I needed a time. They told me would arrive in Pisa at 1:45. So I booked my tickets for the tower at 2:00! Well we arrived at 12:45 and Gabrielle was saying the time would be tight for 2:00 and I should try and change the time. There were no other times available so we went at 2:00 and it did turn out ok, but it was stressful. The other problem was the temperature in the bus. It was 33C and the air conditioning (if you call it that) was barely blowing slightly cool air. I was almost sick from the heat.

No air condition a filthy bus - No air condition in a 40 degrees hot weather ! We asked but nothing ! We got out like we were in a shower ! Only gianni was a five star tour guide
