Cruise safe excursion - Stayed on time through out the day. Back to ship as advertised. Charter bus was clean and comfortable.

Fast tracked way to see 2 iconic Italian cities! - Great way to at see 2 cities in a very small amount of time but this tour group made it happen! Exactly as described per the itinerary listed when booking! Our tour guide was great and had a wonderful sense of humor especially his pal the horse the tour group followed!

Pisa and Florence….! - The tour operator was very good and cooperative. She has a good knowledge about Pisa and Florence. The coach/bus was very comfortable.

Nice if looking for old buildings - Got some good information from guide in Florence. Walked around Pisa on our own. Cheaper and more time to explore than tour offered by cruise line.

Average is generous for this excursion - Overall it would give this a very mediocre rating. It was really just transportation on a packed bus. The announcer/leader was nice and seemed to care but there was no real tour, no headphones so you couldn’t hear her when she was “guiding” you, it was extremely rushed and although we got to see everything promised it was not an overall enjoyable day. I would look for another TOUR or seek other transportation options. There were way too many people packed on the double decker bus & unfortunately people were rude and lacked basic manners. I would not book this again. I would say the locations were great and I am happy I got to see & go up the Tower in Piza and see the Florence highlights and find a wine window.

Okay Transportation - The excursion started 2 hours later than expected, the meeting point wasn’t clear and a group of 8 people were almost left behind. We almost missed the cruise because we were dropped off late, we were the last passengers on the ship. If you are looking for transportation, then this is fine. If you are looking for something more descriptive- more history- then book something else.

Worthwhile - The tour provided a nice variety of sites and free time to do our own thing. The bus was a little hot. Because we had such a large group, it was hard for the leader to get everyone to follow her on time. She told everyone she wouldn’t hold the bus, but there was a family of four that she waited a few minutes extra for. we were worried about getting back to the ship on time, but we had plenty of time. The tour guide did a great job overall though. Very professional and knowledgable. The areas were very busy which cannot be helped because of the tourism. We had some dramatic women on the bus that were upset Because they didn’t get “their seats” back after the first stop. I think the tour guide should announce that it’s first come first serve.

Day Trip to Florence/Pisa - Seeing Florence and leaning Tower of Pisa, downside was organisation, leave at 9.30 didn't leave till 9.40, leave Florence at 3pm, didn't leave till 3.20, so only got 50 minutes at Pisa to walk to tower take photos and then hurry back as coach was leaving at 5.30 but surprise surprise we left 20 minutes late again, so got back to port for last tender

Too much for cruise excursion - Started off rough finding the right group and a longish wait in the sun. It would have been better if the excursion started an hour earlier. The bus was nice but the bathroom nor the wifi were functioning. Some usb plugs worked some didn’t. Since the bathroom didn’t work first stop in Florence was a toilet that cost 1 euro. We didn’t have euros and they didn’t take USD or CC. We felt like especially since the toilet in bus didn’t function then the visit to the toilet should have been included. We have someone with kidney disease with us and had to pivot and find a way to get euros. This was really unacceptable and the guide wasn’t nice about it at all. The trip through Florence is rushed and non informative. The bus stop is probably 20 minutes walk away from points of interest. Then rush back to bus to drive to Pisa. We had 1 hour in Pisa and again the bus stop was about a 20 minute walk away from tower. We purchased the ticket to climb it but our admission was for 5:15 they make all the 5:15 wait in bottom and then let up not sure y but it takes a few minutes for that. And had to be back at bus by 6. A few in our party could go in because of time restriction and having to check bag which only added to the time restriction. We don’t feel as if they should have given us such a late admission, since they were running late. The tower part should have been canceled and refunded. It was way too rushed for a cruise excursion. Would be better off just doing one or the other, not both. The cruise docked about 2 hours earlier than the excursion so they definitely could have scheduled at least an hour earlier and would have had more time. Also there was a lot of traffic and trip to Florence took longer than planned.

Hours of waiting - This tour had a meeting time of 7:30. They decided to combine it with the 9:30 tour but neglected to tell anyone, so we were up early to get from our cruise ship to the meeting point on time. There was no communication until close to 9am when we finally learned we weren’t leaving until 9:30 because “the other ship was late”. There was no other ship, they just consolidated two tours for their convenience.
