Cruise Terminal, Largo Michele Fiorillo - When you arrive at the port of La Spezia, and as soon as you descend from your cruise, you will have to take the shuttle bus that will take you to the cruise terminal where our escort will be waiting for you - Once you're outside the Cruise Terminal you will have to look for your tour leader who will be wearing a blue t-shirt from the "Shore Emotion Crew"

Fun day - Beautiful tour. Friendly, local guide. The only down side is there is never enough time when everything is interesting and pretty.

Amazing Cinque Terre - Out tour guy was a lady, Lisa. She is absolutely amazing. Her English is great, I understood every words. She speaks Spanish, Italian. She controlled the time well so we can visit three villages as planned.

Great Guide, Beautiful Cities - Our trip to Cinque Terre was wonderful with this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us navigate the trains through Cinque Terre.
At each town we were given enough knowledge to highlight some of the unique parts of each town, but it was brief enough to give us plenty of time to explore on our own. The limoncino tasting was a great experience, though it is worth noting that the tasting is just a single stop along the trip.
Our guide did a wonderful job explaining the differences between limoncello and limoncino and gave us some great advice on what variety we should bring back as a memento of our trip.

La Spezia trip. - Very unique place. You can get there by boat. Also you will see other small town from the boat. Worth every penny. Must to see. Strongly recommend.

3 Bays out of Five - The price increased two days before the event stating that train costs increased which was the only disappointing thing. Lisa, our guide was amazing, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Her ability to multi task with three languages in our small group was amazing to see. Great weather made for an amazing day.

To much drama just to purchase a train ticket package - Do to a glitch in the system the date was changed to an in correct one After booking everything went to Chinese writing and then finally came on a while later. . The site froze up and I didn’t see til two days later that they thought we were coming in January instead of May. When my phone rang at 4 am Chicago time it was the tour people calling to say the time had changed. Thats when I noticed the confirmation email with the wrong date in small print up in the corner I immediately got a hold of them and also called Viator. They refused to change to the correct date since it was past the 24hour period Italy time so we lost the total purchase price. Very disappointing.
