Incredible Instructors and Beautiful Dives - My best friend and I wanted to get Open Water certified on a whim with zero experience, so we picked Reef Oasis solely on reviews. Our instructors, Humberto and Narciso, were incredible! Both were super professional and patient with us. They explained each task clearly and made sure that we felt confident every step of the way while still having a ton of fun. You can tell that Humberto and Narciso love diving and have inspired us to continue our learning and plan future dive trips. The staff was kind and accommodating to fit our schedule. I 100% recommend Reef Oasis and, if given the chance, would go back to dive with Humberto and Narciso again. Truly a life-changing experience and I'm so glad I got to do it with this awesome crew!

Incredible family experience - We started with a try in the pool with PADI team, Kim who knows like all the speakable languages shared her experience how diving changed her life. We decided to do the complete open water course ( the twin 14 years, my boy 17 years and me the mother) we had incredible good instructors Humberto and Narciso who had all the patience to explain all exercises and who detected how to overcome our fears. Not to forget the complete team that helped to prepare the equipments and that went with us in the water. After the course we did an excursion with Jacobo that was a great guide!!. Great family experience that bonds an that for sure matured the children. To recommend to everybody!!

An Exceptional World Class Dive Center with Amazing Staff. - My daughter and I went diving through Reef Oasis Dive Center at Wyndham Viva Dominican Resort in mid-July 2022. In two days Sophie got her Open Water certification and I got my Advanced Open Water certification. Miguel Somedilla was of great help getting everything arranged, even though I went about everything pretty much the wrong way. He was super accommodating. Sophie was taught by Narcissus, who was very patient and knowledgeable. I was taught by Kim who is an amazing natural force. Of course she is a Belgian marine biologist who has dove all over the world. She translated the dive plans into four different languages, because of course she can. She took a lot of extra time when needed. I was particularly slow on the compass navigation portion, but she got me through it. We did an amazing and well organized deep dive on the St George wreck, at about 115 ft (35 M). We ended the week with Sophie and I taking our 1st dives together. Again, Kim gave plenty of help when needed. Prices were very reasonable and everything is done for you. Very professional and super fun at the same time. The crew on the boats and the staff in the shop all went above and beyond. I can't say enough. I might not have quite as much nice to say about the Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach Resort, although it was nice. It is absolutely worth staying there, however, if you want to avail yourself of this amazing dive center.

Great - 10 of 10. my daughter did the diving course with Miguel‘s team. It was very nice experience!! The whole team: Miguel, Naomi, Umbero …. Are very professional and nice. Thanks a lot! We love to come back.

Scuba at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach - All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Narciso was my instructor and I couldn't imagine learning how to dive from anyone else. He was incredibly patient, kind, and a great role model when it comes to diving. The gear that they have available to rent is up to date and works wonderful! Everyone is great here, and if you're looking around at places to get certified, you'd be making a big mistake if you didn't go here. 11/10 this was the best part of our vacation, all due to the incredible staff.

Fantastic - All the staff were helpful and cheerful, Kim my instructor was a joy, knowledgeable with great people skills. I had a fantastic time gaining my open water certificate and enjoyed every moment under the waves seeing the incredible wildlife the Dominican had to offer, 5 stars from me and a big thank-you to Kim.

Good enough - Was undergoing there PADI diving courses Open Water Diving + Advanced Open Water Diving..... The instructors are ok. The equipment is ok. Sometimes I didn't like a little bit is the communication to the management of the diving center and the Viva Wyndham Dominicus rules: it is e real challenge to get to this diving center if you rent apartments outside of this hotel. All security thinks that you are going to eat and drink for free at the territory of the hotel). So it make sence to plan diving only if you have booked this hotel.
