Walking tour and food tour were great! - The walking tour in la Paz was great! Loved learning about the crazy history of the city, talking about ‘sugar’ next to the prison, and the special witch district. We did the food tour with Denise as well, and it was amazing too! Make sure you show up VERY hungry! You could feel her enthusiasm about the city and the food culture, and was able to joke around with our shenanigans. It was eggcellent!

Great Tours, learnt alot - We did both the extended and standard tour, one with Max and one with Denise. Both were so knowledgeable, approachable and fun. Answered all our questions and have a great attitude. Max for president. We really enjoyed both tours and learnt alot.

Good Tour - The guide was amazing. He explained the history and culture of Bolivia. Amazing story teller. The only bad thing is that tripadisvor overcharged us $2 each. The tour actually costs $3, not $5. Book the tour directly with them. And also we were promised free drinks, no free drinks at all.

Great tour, but expected tip is three times the price of the tour - I'm giving three stars because while the guide was very good (lots of interesting stories, made time for questions, great English, etc.), the Red Cap tour company was misleading about the price. When you sign up for the tour online you're charged 20 BS. When you show up, the guide tells you you're expected to tip, which, fine, except the minimum expected tip is 50-60 BS. I hadn't brought much cash with me because I never expected a "tip" to be three times the cost of the tour, so the guide was unhappy with me for tipping too little, and I felt awkward about tipping less than expected, and the whole thing could have been avoided if the company had just charged 80 BS straight off.

The most disappointed walking tour ever - 10 am Group on Fri 5 April was way too big - min 26 people The leader, she was very knowledgable and explained well but with these many people there were a handful of questions ….. the story regarding the witches market was interesting but that was it - a story that you could have read in a guide. The visit to the open market was done at such a high speed pace which really I do not know why it was included
