Additional Information

Espiritu Santo Island is an unforgettable, breathtaking haven!

Having a swim surrounded by frolicsome sea lions is a delightful experience as they often approach swimmers to interact.
(Note: Due to regulations, sea lion rookery excursions are unavailable during June, July, and August. During these months, we view them from the boat and partake in snorkeling and/or hiking at different areas of the island)

We make a consistent effort to guide our guests to less crowded beaches, aiming to provide a unique experience imbued with a sense of adventure that we hold dear.

To wrap it up, gaining insights about the history of early inhabitants, the local wildlife and vegetation, contemporary lifestyle of the residence, and having the accompaniment of marine biology expertise could make your visit an enriching experience.

Only boats with authorized permits and accredited guides are permitted to visit the island.

A great day in La Paz - Had a wonderful day. The devil rays were jumping, the sea lions and their newborns pups were amazing to watch, saw a whale, sea turtle and tons of frigate birds. We snorkeled and saw a bunch of fish and corals. We enjoyed a yummy ceviche lunch on a beautiful white beach. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable about the marine life in both English and Spanish. I would highly recommend you book this trip.

10/10 recommend!! - Snorkeling was amazing with Mateo and Cristian! Mateo was super informative about all things sea, as well as the environment. We went to the sea lion colony and saw 100s of them as well as baby sea lions. Then we went to a different location and snorkeled and saw so many different types of fish!!! We had lunch on a beach, ate 3 different types of ceviche, all delicious and fresh. The water was warm, crystal clear and it was so beautiful. Highly recommend, 10/10.

Island tour espiritu santo - Excellent day, we got to see many things on the trip to espiritu santo Island. Guides were perfect, to end the day we were able to spot a huge group of manta rays jumping from the water, made my first trip to Mexico fantastic. I also dont know how to swim but it didn't stop me from going with my partner, there were so many other things to do and shallow areas to enjoy !

Great experience for nature lovers. - This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. En route to Espiritu santo we stopped to snorkel with a group of 500 plus mobula rays. They were swimming very close together at a depth of 20 feet. What a thrill. Then we went to the area where several hundred sea lions aggregate. Despite the fact that June through August is mating season so you are not allowed to snorkel there, the experience of watching the sea lions from the boat was fascinating. We then entered a cave with the boat and it was on to an absolutely gorgeous beach for lunch. On the ride back home we stopped at a former oyster farming area and saw hundreds of frigate birds sitting on their nests. Finally we stopped the boat to view beautiful Balandra beach. We saw lots of mobula rays jumping in the air throughout the day which ended with a small pod of dolphins swimming near the boat. Alex was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and Christian was an excellent boat captain. Highly recommended.

Fantastic day trip! - Our tour guide pointed out really interesting tidbits along the way, and we saw blue whales, humpback whales, bottle nosed dolphins, manta rays and sea lions (including newborn pups!). The ceviche lunch was yummy too, and I appreciated that they set up a shade tent since it was a scorching hot day.

Amazing experience and views - All the previous reviews were accurate. Would rate more than 5 if we could. We were on a cruise and concerned about the time of tour as we were only in port for just over the duration. Karen was excellent at communication and we paid an additional $107 to be picked up and dropped off right at our dock. Daleth was our guide and was amazing. Have us great insight and knowledge of the region. On the way to snorkel with sea lions, we stopped and observed dolphins and saw blue whales! The snorkel was among the best, lots of schools of fish and of course the sea lions. Stopped at a beautiful beach with only our group and had a delicious lunch. On the way back stopped and saw humpback whales and visited seagull island. Made it back to the ship with an hour to spare. Thank you for an amazing time. Always recommend supporting local vs the over crowded ship excursions.
