Out of this world Balandra - Balandra Beach was a natural wonder. Daniel was energetic and informative. Very good trip overall. Maybe tighten up the behind the scenes planning as we are almost left behind at pick up in the morning as our rez was not relayed to tour despite us receiving confirmation the night before. Operator came back for us when we called. Great day after a worrisome start.

A Must Tour in Los Cabos ! - Amazing Tour of Los Cabos. It's worth it to take this tour. You would spend your time touring beaches, learning about Los Cabos, their towns and their food. Balandra Beach was extremely beautiful, is very far from Los Cabos and you need to get there early because at 12 the police comes and everyone needs to leave, then the second tour, pm can enjoy the beach. Our tour guide did an amazing job, his name is Juan, due a recent hurricane it was difficult to go to different beaches, but he used his imagination and made it work. La Paz Malecon was gorgeous and very calm, the food was delicious. Todos Santos town is magical, we went during the dia de los muertos festivity and was extraordinary to see all the altars and catrinas. Definity this tour is a must !!! and kudos to Juan ! He was great !

If you’re looking to get out of Cabo for a day, this is a great option! - This tour was a dream! We had a great guide who spoke both english and spanish flawlessly, as half of our group only spoke english and the other half only spanish. Pickup was easy (they’ll give you a call when they’re about 15 minutes out) and the car was well air-conditioned with plenty of cold water for everybody. Balandra and Corumel were stunning beaches, and La Paz and Todos Santos were very charming little towns. I would absolutely recommend this tour!

Balandera beach is beautiful but this can be a very long excursion - ----short review---- Pros: - Balandera beach was beautiful (no drones allowed) - lunch was tasty - friendly staff Cons: - 2nd beach wasnt that great - lot of stops at shops, instead of interesting areas. - the van was fully packed with 12 ppl. Not a lot of room. - very long excursion with a lot of driving. ----detailed review---- The pick up from the hotel was punctual. I was picked up at 5am. The van was adequate and the AC was fine. Only problem was we were fully booked so there were 12 ppl in the van. Fortunately im not a big guy so it wasn't an issue but if you're a larger person then it might be an issue if you dont get the correct seat. We stopped at a breakfast spot. The empanadas were great. My group were all spanish speakers, except for me. Marco, translated what the main guide was saying into english. THANK YOU MARCO! After the breakfast spot, we headed off to Balandera beach. It was a pretty long drive due to traffic. We spent about 2 and a half hours there. It was beautiful and clean beach. Unfortunately drones are not allowed. They have beach umbrellas you can rent or if you're lucky you can grab one of the huts they have there for free. The water was clear and refreshing but definitely make sure you bring sunscreen. After the beach, we headed off to the 2nd beach. I didnt really enjoy this beach as much. There were definitely more colorful fishes there but overall, it was a commercial beach that didnt feel the same as the first beach. We spent about another 90 minutes here. After this, we went into town where we went into a store to watch how pearls were harvested. Was pretty cool to learn and you have a chance of winning a pearl that they harvest right in front of you. But be aware, mounting it is super expensive. Cheapest item you can mount it to cost over $100 USD. After this we were able to walk around the town for a bit. There wasnt anything to see other than shops. After this we went to eat lunch. The lunch was definitely one of the best meals i had during my entire stay in Cabo. The dish I could was a grilled fish in foil. Highly recommend it. It also came with a drink. After this we stopped at a church, which was pretty old and had really nice Frescos. After this we went to a place called "hotel california". Don't know why, because it felt like we were there just for the gift shops in the area. They will say the Eagles song, "Hotel California", was inspired by the hotel but a quick google search will tell you that's not the case. We were here for over an hour. There is a nice ice cream spot right beside the hotel which had great ice cream flavors. Overall, the excursion wasn't bad. I just wish we spent more time at Balandera beach and were taken to more historical spots that didnt feel like we were just being led from gift shop to gift shop. This just prolonged the excursion more than it needed to be. If the points of interest were actually interesting then it wouldnt feel as tedious as it did. The two guides were super friendly and tried their best to inform us of the history of the local areas and places we visited.

COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER !!! - I would do a similar excursion but with a different company because this one was terrible. First, the email confirmation said to meet at 4:30 am at my hotel lobby. i was out there at 4:15 am. nobody showed up; i called and was told pick up time was 5:20 am. THEN when the shuttle did show up, it was a dirty vehicle PACKED with people without any extra seats. One young lady let me have her seat and she had to sit on a box in between driver and passenger up front. Neither the driver nor tour guide spoke during the entire 3-hour trip to Balandra Beach. I once asked how long until there was a bathroom break and was told by driver, "10 minutes", to which the guide responded "10 Mexican minutes." we arrived at break stop 1 HOUR later. i was hungry so bought a sandwich for breakfast. it was awful. when we arrived at Balandra beach, guide handed out bottled water and sandwiches that consisted of a thin slice of lettuce, cheese and 1 thin slice of ham between two pieces of white bread. at least it was better than nothing, but would have been nice to know they were going to give those out before i spent $ purchasing something elsewhere. The time at Balandra was too long. Trip to LaPaz was no different. Tour Guide did not speak until we arrived, only announcing where we were, how long we would be there and where/when we would meet to leave. Too long in LaPaz. The place we ate lunch was good. We leave for Todos Santos - same thing, not a word until arriving. There was not enough time in Todos because they spent too much time dumping us off at the beach. All-in-all a very disappointing experience. Oh and not to mention, I am not a smoker, but our tour guide was and did so every chance she got. She reeked of smoke and in an enclosed tour bus, that's just nasty.
