Fun day at the Sky Park - We did the ziplining and the hanging bridge tours and it was so much fun. We were a little concerned when we saw it said 6 hours for the whole experience but it went so fast. Our walking guide was Fabian and he was so knowledgeable and could spot the most camouflaged wildlife. The ziplining was great and we felt very safe and had so much fun. All the guides were very funny and had it down to an art. My whole family really enjoyed the day!

An amazing adventure - Such an amazing experience! So many zip lines and wild life in the area. Our tour walk guide Reinaldo was AMAZING! He took his time with us on the trails, kept us safe, and showed us everything he could find. (Even howled at the monkeys to get them to come 😂) Definitely worth the money. We spent over 4 hours there. Would absolutely go back!!

A rush and rushed! - What an incredible experience! We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The only negative was the fact that I felt we were pressured into buying the pictures before we were able to see them and then there were no pictures of us from the front, plus more that half of the pictures were their stock nature photos. What a rip off!

Wow, wow, wow - a must do!! - THE most amazing experience for the whole family ever. We are good travellers and have been all over the world but Sky Adventures Park Zipline is the most amazing zipline anyone can ever do. We have done dozens of ziplines across many countries but words fail me when i try and describe this experience. The crew are fun loving which is an added bonus and the safety is incredible too. The most breath taking views of the skyline, forests and the ocean. Wow, wow, wow, If you ever go to Arenal please try and experience this adrenaline pumping, thrilling for the whole family fun activity. We have been back from our holiday in Costa Rica for over 2 weeks and we still can't get over the experience.

Worth the wait! Thanks Juan and the rest of the team! - They made a great day happen! Beautiful views of the rainforest canopy were worth the wait! We waited in line for about two hours, as the gondola was experiencing technical difficulties. Right before getting on, the gondola malfunctioned. The staff was very professional and called in the engineers for repair. We watched the process as they repaired the gondola. They didn’t even mind our watching! I understand their not wanting to update us on estimated time for repair, because this was an important process that couldn’t be rushed. Believe me, we wanted it done right as well! The guides were very patient, and kept our group pumped up about the ride. Juan went above and beyond! We really appreciate the whole team.

Had an AMAZING time on our combo tour! Thank you, Sky Adventures! - My spouse and I had an AMAZING time on our combo adventure. On our first activity, our hiking guide was excellent, able to provide lots of information about the plants, trees and animals we saw during out 2 hour hike. After our hike we had a few minutes to store our packs in the provided lockers and get suited up for zip lining. The zip line guides were all incredible. They appeared to be totally focused on our safety and ensuring that each visitor had an excellent experience. It took about 2.5 hours to ride the tram to the top and then take 1 "practice" and 6 "real" zip lines down to the base. It was clear to see that every rider's safety was paramount, regardless of age, gender or size. Our guides were completely focused on their task and they were extremely attentive. They also seemed to be having a lot of fun doing so, which made our experience even better. We would absolutely recommend Sky Adventures combo tour. Pro tip: buy the pictures of your zip line experience; you'll be glad you did.

5 Zip Lines - It stayed there were 7 zip lines, but the first one was a short ‘how to’ line and the last one was short too…so I’d call it 5 lines for sure.

photo package is a scam - The Zipline itself was decent, views were spectacular. whatever you do, do not get sucked in to buying the photos. they try to push you to view just a few, very quickly, of high quality, and show you "there's 100 photos" and when they send you the file most of those photos are generic photos of costa rica, not of you. sure they're nice, but it's not what you signed up for. completely ruined the experience as a whole because we left there feeling scammed. and of course they send you an email link to get the photos; completely antiquated and annoying to even transfer to your phone. for context, less than 10% of the photos they sent were actual photos of us. dont be scammed.

Poor communication and substandard organization marred our experience - We confirmed our zipline tour one hour prior to leaving, yet when we arrived 20 minutes early at reception, the event seemed chaotic with the staff unable to describe why. After standing in the tram line for 45 minutes, one member of our group inquired and found that one of the two trams was malfunctioning, but we should be leaving in fifteen minutes (we were at the start of the line). After waiting for another 1.25 hours, one member of our party asked about status, to which the Sky Adventure staff replied it would probably be fixed in 30-60 minutes. My problem here is just a complete unwillingness to voluntarily share updates despite an extremely long wait, giving tourist a chance to decide whether to wait or seek a refund. We later heard that the zipline was closed for the rest of the day. The Sky Adventure crew needs to do more routine maintenance to help avoid these major impositions of time on tourists with limited time to spare.
