Our professional guides, will guide you safely on a raft for 6 people over more than 30 rapids by 2 hours of emotions and adrenaline. Guides will ask you to paddle hard and do a good teamwork. This combination of sport, nature and adrenaline makes this tour an outstanding adventure.
Safety measures: safety kayaker, profesional & bilingual guides, personal flotation device, helmet, paddle and a safety speech for instructions.
INCLUDES: fruit on the river ,towels, water and a delicious Costa Rican lunch “Casado” and PURA VIDA time.
DEPARTS: every day at 08:30 until 14:30

The Sarapiquí River is renowned as one of the region’s most vibrant rivers, boasting continuous class 4 and 3 rapids for beyond two hours, and a rich array of wildlife such as sloths, monkeys, and toucans that can be observed during the descent.
Regarded as a Natural Monument of Costa Rica, this river embodies the country’s nature and cultural legacy. The La Selva Biological Station, a 3,739-hectare haven, is situated in this area. It stands as one of Costa Rica’s three vital neotropical ecological research and conservation bases, owned by the Organization for Tropical Studies.
Put simply, our rafting tours allow you to savor the thrill and natural wonders within one of the world’s most significant biological zones.

The BEST!!!! - Alejandro TURRi was the BEST!! He took really good care of my family and I. He let us stop and jump off a big rock and eat tonsss of delicious fruits he brought.

10/10 Must Book! - 10/10 experience from the shuttle there, rippling rapids, and lunch afterward! Oso pointed out all the views along the ride there and back, we even got to pull over to see a monkey up close. If you’ve ever been white water rafting, you HAVE to book this for your trip! If you’re lucky enough to get Gerald, you are in the best of hands- he was an amazing guide!! Our group had a total blast with him!

A Wild Adventure - This was a great trip! We have some rafting the the US, but never in another country. The guides were great, especially when we fell out multiples times . The food was good. I just didn’t like the long drive, which can’t be helped. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Amazing Day on the Water - This is by far the BEST rafting we have done anywhere in the world! The rapids were exhilarating and the scenery was gorgeous. Our guide, Oso, was amazing! He kept us safe, made us laugh, and pointed out a ton of wildlife. He will ask if you want “crazy” or not at the different rapids and our teenage sons always chose the crazy option. You will be paddling consistently so there isn’t a lot of down time and you will bump around all over the boat so you might be a little sore the next day but it is worth it. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking a thrilling ride on the water. Bring a change of clothes for the bus ride home. Lunch was great as well. The pictures are totally worth it too. (Family of 4 - two adults in upper 40’s and two teenage boys)

White water rafting with the family - We did the trip with our family(8/11/14 y/o), was a lot of fun for us, Roberto was our boat guide, Braulio rode the bus with us and gave our group a tutorial on the way. Both were very friendly and professional, made sure we were having a great time and answered land questions we had. Fresh cut fruit right after and plated lunches after. Highly recommend.

Adrenaline Tour - Rafting on the sarapiqui river was amazing the rapids and all the adrenaline, The river flows through some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. It was a perfect blend of excitement and natural beauty. This is an activity I'll be raving about for years!

Go with the best, go with arenal rafting - We took our kids (ages 10 and 12) white water rafting in La Fortuna, and it was a blast! The guides were great with the kids, Everything was really simple and easy all the instructions were very clear
