You have to Try Go Adventure! - What an exciting few days of tubing, ziplining, rappelling, and hiking! Go Adventure Arenal Park staff were professional and fun in every way! Safety is their number one priority- - - and entertaining for the entire family. If you are in La Fortuna you have to try Go Adventure.

Excellent! - Excellent attention from the guides!!! J a 10! Super patient and attentive, helped me to remove the fear I felt. All excellent guys, impeccable photo service! It's worth it! Then he Perfect hot spring service, the place has dressing rooms, towel service, jacuzzi and cold water pool. There is also volcanic mud to pass through the body and enjoy the minerals 100%. The place has a bar where they prepare all kinds of cocktails!

The zipline activity was really fun but... - The zipline activity was really fun and a great experience overall! The course was exciting, well organized, and gave us some amazing thrills. The staff in general were friendly, smiling, and pleasant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the end of the activity ruined the overall impression a little. I was given one price for the photos taken during the activity, but when it was time to pay, I was charged around 25% more than the price originally quoted. When I asked for an explanation or wanted to make a complaint, the staff member suddenly pretended not to speak English anymore, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the activity itself was really great. With more transparency on pricing and better customer service at the end, the experience would have been perfect.

Not like the description - The zip lining was average. Nothing special. The equipment was difficult to use. The leather hand brake was so thick that the petite women had trouble using it, which made the experience less fun. The indigenous people part was terrible. They left the tractor running outside the hot, so I could not hear the presenter. The presentation was less than 5 minutes. The presenters looked unhappy to be there. I did not learn anything. The thermal pool part didn’t exist or at least it was not offered.
