Additional Information
Inclusions: Transport, tour guide, equipment, access to Los Lagos hot springs, butterfly sanctuary, and crocodile reserve.
Suggestions: Wear either long pants or shorts, hiking footwear, sunscreen, and a raincoat.
Meeting Point: Los Lasgos Hotel, Arenal Volcano. We also offer complimentary pick-up from any nearby hotel.
Dressing Advice: Prefer clothing and footwear that can withstand dirt and water. Hiking or tennis shoes are ideal.
Items to Carry: We advise bringing along sunblock, water, headgear and if available, a waterproof camera, swimsuit, bug spray, and some spare clothes.
Note: Kindly ensure your arrival at least 10 minutes before the tour commencement time as we adhere to our schedule.

Great tour with bonus hot springs after. - Great zipline tour with the Tarzan swing a nice bonus. The post tour waterslides and hot springs were awesome and highly recommended.

Incredible and pleasant experience...100% recommended! - The experience was incredible! Not only because of the exciting adventure and the spectacular views but also because of the excellent attention of our guides Donald, Diego and Antonio. They gave us truly VIP treatment and were great with the kids. A valuable plus of this plan is access to the viewpoint and the hot springs and pools of the Hotel Los Lagos, where we spent the rest of the afternoon.

Fun zipline and hot springs pools very nice after. - So much fun, felt very safe, professional guides! Scared of heights but so worth it! Great views of the jungle and volcano.

100% recommend - Great experience! Total of 13 lines with experienced staff. So much fun! After zip-lining, we also got access to the resort which had a restaurant, swim up bar and various pools- hot springs and regular pools. Super relaxing!

Don't miss this! - We had a blast! The canopy ziplines were fun, fast and well worth the money. Our guides Donald and Jefferson were fun, entertaining and very experienced. Even in the pouring rain (we came at the tail end of the rainy season), it didn't slow us down. Would highly recommend!

This was amazing do this! - This was simply amazing! We booked it through Mystico bridges as a package deal and wow! We had a small group so they made me do the Tarzan swing and I'm so thankful they did! Something I would have never done! These guys are fun, experienced and very safe. Alonso Diego and Chino were so great. Go on this tour! You're not going to regret it.

Amazing day all around - We booked this tour last minute as I was unsure if my daughter would be too scared to zip line. So glad we did as it ended up being her favorite day of the trip! All of the guides were so nice and funny and great with the kids. They made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time. We even got to do a giant Tarzan swing which I was terrified to do, but I’m so glad they talked me into it! The hotel after was perfect as well with water slides and several gorgeous pools. Book the tour, you won’t regret it!

GREAT YOUR BOOK IT! - The excursion was a lot of fun! The four guides (Miguel, Antonio, Kiko, Alonzo) were awesome and made the tour extra fun! Our group was lucky enough to do the Tarzan swing and wow what a time! Would recommend this tour to anyone!

A great way to spend an afternoon - We booked this thru our hotel, and it was a really fun experience! They have carbon fiber cables which allows for some really fast rides. While it was not the longest Zipline your we've been on, it was a great experience. The guides are focused on safety, but entertainment as well. We have a mildly autistic teen, and they were initially hesitant that he could follow the safety protocols, which I can respect, but he was able to keep up. My only regret is that there were not more lines.
Our reservation also came with an entrance to the hot springs at the resort, which were amazing! Worth a visit!
