To reach the base, visitors must descend and then ascend around 500 steps, but the effort is truly rewarding. There are safe areas for swimming and enjoying the refreshing water. This experience offers the perfect blend of adventure and tropical beauty in Costa Rica.
- Arenal Hanging Bridges - Spend approximately 2.5 hours walking through the rainforest, crossing 6 hanging bridges and 10 regular ones along a 3.2-km trail at Mistico Hanging Bridges. Along the journey, enjoy stunning panoramic views of the volcano and the surrounding ecosystem. Remember, this is a tropical forest, so rain is a possibility—be sure to bring waterproof gear!

Educational and entertaining - Chino, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area/wildlife and the country. He moved at a perfect pace with an unbelievable eye for spotting interesting things along the tour.

Fun and informative! - A fun and informative experience from start to finish! Our guide Chino ( Jose) and driver Ronno were both really professional and personable. Chino pointed out wildlife everywhere that we wouldn't have seen without him and was clearly passionate about his role as a nature guide, he was knowledgeable about each place we visited and even took pictures of wildlife we saw with his scope and shared them with the group! If you don't have much time to explore La Fortuna this tour hits all the high spots well. A genuinely awesome experience, you should do it!!

Pablo was an awesome... - Pablo was an awesome guide. He was very timely picking up our group and keep us on schedule while allowing us to have plenty of time to enjoy nature. He was excellent about spotting wildlife and helping to explain the ecosystem of Costa Rica!

Amazing tour! - Amazing tour. Our guide, Jose (Chino) was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience even better by sharing so much about the forest and wildlife. The rainforest was breathtaking and the wildlife we saw along the way was mesmerizing. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting La Fortuna.

Amazing Experience - We had a wonderful experience! The hanging bridges were amazing and we were lucky to see several types of wildlife along the way. Our tour guide was very insightful and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour.
The volcano tour was beautiful and very enjoyable. A cute surprise at the end was being able to enjoy a refreshing fresh drink after the hike, which was a perfect way to finish the experience.
The restaurant food was okay overall, though I personally felt it could have used a bit more flavor. Overall, it was a great tour and a memorable experience! 🌿🌋

Beautiful sights. Wonderful guide - Wonderful day!!! Our guide Jose was super knowledgeable and pointed out a bunch of plants and animals. Lunch was a traditional meal with a huge amount of food.
