Fun adventure - The tour guides were very friendly! I took my 16 year old and my 9 year old and they loved it! I also recommend getting the photo package.

Truly an adventure of a lifetime with photos, a must do. - This was by far an adventure of a lifetime. The staff was friendly, instructive and patient with those who needed it. The route was scary fun. The food was good both places as picky as I am. And I will return to the hotsprings regardless of the other things we did. I truly enjoyed our day, even with the talkative millennials we had to deal with all day.

Go for it! - The views were amazing! The tour guides were so nice and helpful! We got so many awesome photos! Get the photo package! It’s affordable and the photos are great quality!

Great time from start to finish! - Hard to say what the best part was as it was memorable from start to finish. The staff that kept us safe during the ziplining were wonderful! They were very thorough and organized and genuinely cared about our safety and that we had a good time. The rappelling was just a short trip down the side of the mountain but was a fun experience that neither my husband or children had tried before. I will say we had to ask about the thermal pool / volcanic ash portion of the excursion when we got back as no one was managing that portion of it but we all loved experiencing the volcanic ash and swimming in the thermal pool! All in all a great time for my whole family. We definitely recommend the trip for all ages!

Go Adventure Rocks! - What a perfect day! We started with zip lining, the staff were so professional and made the entire experience memorable. They helped us take spectacular photos too (it is worth the extra cost!) It was so spectacular flying through the rainforests, the views were spectacular. We felt so safe and they did a great safety demonstration at the beginning. We also got to do rappelling which was an unforgettable experience. We then did the tubing experience with Esteban and Danny, they were so great with my 11 yo son. They made it so much fun, the water was so warm and the rapids were just the right amount of excitement. We were able to swim in the water and the staff were so great to take some awesome photos. The tour was so well organized and a perfect combination and great value for a day.

Highly recommended - Our tour guides were very attentive and funny! They made sure we were all safe and strapped on. They had clear directions and made the experience really fun! The zip lines themselves were amazing!!! So much air time and the views were so gorgeous! Wear proper pants though, I wore shorts and a bunch of bugs were getting killed on my legs lol!

Guides were fabulous. A... - Guides were fabulous. A sloth was hanging on the last landing. Got to see him up close. It was such a fun time.
