Best Horseback Riding Trip Ever!! - SUCH a wonderful experience! The horses were beautiful, well trained, and well taken care of. The whole horse riding experience was so fun too! For more experienced riders, the trail was fun to trot and gallop :) Was great to learn about the history of the tribes as well! Thank you so much for everything!

Incredible - There were many people there who had never ridden a horse before and they all did great! Miguel and Jorge were very helpful and communicative. The views were great and we got to see a sloth. Very very fun

Thrilling, gorgeous, unique - Victor was a hilarious and engaging tour guide. We did the jungle/river route and it was secluded and the most incredible horseback riding trip I could have imagined. The horses trot and gallop which scared me at first because every time I’ve ridden before the horses just walked. But I became more confident as the tour progressed, as I realized that he had full command of all 5 horses with verbal cues and I was not. If you are a thrill seeker, this is the horse back tour for you.

Gitty up! - It was my first full day in Costa Rica and I can't imagine a better way to experience the beautiful country and the rainforest. It was pouring down rain but that didn't stop us from going full speed through the mud and into the river. The guides were friendly and funny. For first time horse riders it may be a little intimidating at first but they help you get the hang of it, and before you know it you are living Pura Vida! I'd recommend wearing pants, the stirrups did a number on my ankles and shins, but that was my fault. Highly recommend!

Lovely day out - Jorge worked hard to give us a great experience despite my inability to go very fast on the horse (I could NOT get to trot without feeling like I was being paddled by a beefy nun!). The trail up to Arenal was lovely and we got to sit and soak in the amazing views.

Painful - I used to ride horses when young in competitions, I work out and strength train 5 days a week so I'm not a weak person nor was this my first rodeo. Due to stirrups not being suitable for someone with a small stature and they could not adjust the besides to tie them up and twist them in a way that injured my ankle so much so I ended up with a swollen ankle I had to ice the next day. Aching muscles for 5 plus days since I had to use all my leg muscles to stay on horse with feet falling out of stirrups. Even hot springs could not help soreness. I had to cancel a $300 excursion the next day because of the pain. However Victor was a funny tour guide but I wish I had never done the tour due to unnecessary injury. Safety should come first for any company, if you can't accommodate smaller people do not offer service. I now have to file a claim for trip insurance.
