- 407 Nayach - We provide an engaging activity where attendees learn to craft sushi in English and then savor the sushi they’ve created.\nParticipants begin with introductions, followed by a practice session on sushi-making using a model.\nSubsequently, they will prepare 5 pieces of nigiri and 1 gunkanmaki with authentic sushi toppings.\nTo conclude, using a makisu (bamboo sushi mat), attendees will create two varieties of hosomaki (thin rolls) and cut them into six even pieces.\nThe final creations are artfully presented, reflecting each participant’s unique style.\nOur sushi ingredients are freshly sourced each morning by experienced sushi chefs from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market, ensuring top-notch quality.

A must do in Kyoto - Yutaka and Takeshi were outstanding! They explained/demonstrated very easily how to make sushi and we used a variety of fish. Incredibly friendly/welcoming & a beautiful setting. A must do in Kyoto!
