Amazing kimono experience - The kimonos are beautifui and the ladies who dress you are so thoughftul .
this si my first time to dress up with kimono ！choosing the right dress was a big challenge because each piece was unique and beautiful,The staff were very accomodating and helpful !And helped us with many questions about the dress and other parts of the culture .

The staff is super nice and thekimono is great. - My family and I are huge fans of this place. The staff is super nice and thekimono is great. The kimono obi is very good and the hair style is perfect.Highly recommended!

Too crowded/self service - The kimonos where beautiful but i think that the tour was oversold due to the huge amount of people stacked, It took us 1 hour to be ready (we arrived early) the shop also almost didnt bring help to choose the clothes, overall it was a poor experience, i would not recommend it

Horrible - The woman at the store said that my code would not work and they would only accept qr codes. I had to pay double for the costume. The costumes were not good quality. There are a lot of better local stores in Kyoto.
