Best tour ever! Highlight of our trip ! - We recently embarked on a three-day Scottish Highland tour with Kevin, which turned out to be the highlight of our two-week journey through Scotland and Ireland . Kevin not only guided us through breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems but also cared for us as if we were his own family. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but Kevin effortlessly kept them engaged and entertained, ensuring their delight throughout the journey. This tour was, without a doubt, one of the best experience of our lives, creating memories that we will cherish forever. The stunning beauty of Scotland was magnified tenfold thanks to Kevin’s exceptional guidance and care.

Beautiful sites! - Lawrence Maclean was our guide. We were a little apprehensive about the long day. But Lawrence knew just when to give us a breather & stretch our legs. We had high hopes for the scenery, but thanks to Lawrence’s knowledge, it even surpassed our expectations! He found a great place for Fish & Chips for lunch! I would highly recommend Lawrence & Highland Private Tours!

Amazing whirlwind of a day! - Kevin was humorous and a great tour guide, accommodating our need for a speedy whirlwind of a tour so that we wouldn’t miss our train! He also somehow made sure we still had ample time for the odd photo or five! Also, in case anyone needs group shots, Kevin is a great photographer! Would totally come back again to complete the Isle of Skye portions we didn’t get to do: the fairy pools! Kevin know what we mean 😜

Highlands Hospitality and Beauty - Billy took great care of us, ensuring we got to see all the highlights from Inverness to Isle of Skye and back. Knowledgeable, patient, and kind, he helped us flex the agenda to get in our top priorities before the rain and mist arrived (it was beautiful still!). Could not have asked for a better host on our Highlands adventure!

Fantastic - Lawrence was fantastic!! We had a lot of fun and laughs. He was here a little early, which was great, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful to my Mom who had broken her ankle a couple months and needed extra help. He then brought us to order our dinner so it could be delivered when ready.

Spectacular Skye! - Excellent visit to Skye-good variety of sites and information. Loved NOT needing to drive! Landscape is remarkable-it’s like being in a fairyland. Lawrence made our trip pleasant and kept us informed!

Perfect day in the Highlands! Billy the tour guide was fabulous! - Highlander tours, Billy, was our valuable guide all day for just the 3 of us! Hr was super knowledgeable, a local from birth and had tins of stories! He wanted nothing more than for is to have a fabulous day!! He adjusted the agenda before and during the tour to meet our needs! Hr made suggestions, offered short cuts and accommodated us throughout the day! It was a perfect day! Thank you Billy! Wonderful day trip with Lawrence! - We had a wonderful day with Lawrence! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Scotland and the geography of Skye. We saw so much during our day trip and we loved feeding the hairy coos and eating fresh seafood! He personalized the trip for our family and we were so pleased with all that we got to see! I would definitely recommend this tour!

Gret trip to Isle of Skye - We went to Isle of Skye with Billy. He was fantastic! We spent about 12 hours with him. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we were doing the things and going to the places that interested us most. The trip was flexible and in fact we altered it mid-trip to track down a village where I have ancestral roots. It is a beautiful place and going with a local guide who knows the history (and can safely navigate the roads) makes it all the more enjoyable. This is a small family operation. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire this company again next time I'm in Inverness.

Amazing tour, personable guide, great stories, very comfortable car! - We had an amazing experience with Lawrence! He attended to all of our needs, went out of his way to show us everything, selected a great restaurant for lunch and after 12 h, pull some strings to get us in a restaurant for dinner with no reservations and lots of people waiting! I totally recommend doing a tour with him. We escaped the crowds, got great stories and engaging conversations. We all loved it!
