Fantastic - Absolutely fantastic trip, the views were amazing. Our guide Peter was so knowledgeable. What a fantastic place. Take some good walking shoes with you , and a camera is a must.

Outstanding!!! The tour... - Outstanding!!! The tour guide was so passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Kiana Hora as well as Prague. She had such amazing energy. The Bone Church was quite stunning, it even made me emotional. St Barbara Cathedral was breathtakingly beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well, beautiful and cheap. - Nice to get out of Prague and see the outside region.Nice thing to see. No need to write so much (100).

Half day trip Katna Hara - Timings where very tight. But could have been mitigated if they reduced free time and dropped off directly at sites instead if walking.

Beautiful to see, but very long bus ride - Too much driving to get there (about 3 hours- round trip on the bus. We had only 40 minutes to see the bone church, but that included our time walking to and from the bus drop off [which was about 5 to 10 minutes away.). The bone church was awesome but we would’ve liked to have had more time there. We did not have any time to visit the other church that was included nearby. They should’ve spent more time in this area before leaving to go to St Barbara Cathedral.(Which is also a beautiful church). We had almost 2 hours in this little town. The tour should’ve been divided more equally between the two locations.

The bone church and Kutna... - The bone church and Kutna Hora are both worthy of a day trip if they bare your interest. However, you might be better served finding a different method of transport. While the tour was lovely, Kutna Hora is way too lovely of a place to just tour through without enjoying. The Bone Church is awesome, just don’t go for the photo-op since you won’t be allowed to take photos inside. This is the first of a dozen excursions I have done in Europe that didn’t quite live up to my hopes.

We had the worst tour... - We had the worst tour guide in Eve. She spoke in monotone the entire trip. Even the interesting facts were delivered in such a way that it felt flat. What was worse, whenever we stopped at an artifact, she would deliver her comments looking at the artifact rather than facing us. We had a hard time hearing what she was saying. She would then start walking to the next artifact and continue talking so only the two people right next to her could hear. We had a group of 18. She was also bad at giving clear instructions. She would say we will regroup in 10 minutes than providing precise time. Some people got back in 10 mins and the others were late. At the e d of the trip we lost 3 of the 18 guests and the rest of us had to wait for 40 minutes hoping they would turn up to the right spot. In the end we had to get back to Prague without these 3 people. Everyone we spoke to before this trip raved about our Kutna Hora. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. It goes to show a bad tour guide could turn what could have been a fantastic tour to a disastrous one.

Rude guide, not as advertised - Definitely would not recommend this company or their tours. Our trip to Kutna Hora was advertised as a 1 hour drive there, 1 hour drive back, 30 mins in the ossuary, two cathedrals and looking at the gothic fountain, museum, Italian court. The journey to Kutna Hora took 1.5 hours. There was no traffic, we were driving at the speed limits on the journey there so there was no reason for it to take 1.5 hours. Google maps even said the trip from Prague takes 1.5 hours, so I’m unsure why they advertise it as only one hour. I would be completely understanding if we were stuck in traffic, but there was no traffic! When we got off the bus, we had to wait for members of our group to use the toilet. During this time, our guide said we couldn’t get coffee/go to a gift shop as we might run over time. So we stood around for 15 minutes until she allowed us to go to the gift shop. As we were buying souvenirs, which took no more than 5 mins, we exited the shop and found the guide and group had left us! We finally caught up with them at the ossuary. Ossuary was advertised as 30 mins, but we were in there for 12. Again, the group and guide walked off on us as we were purchasing souvenirs. We felt very rushed and stressed, and were highly disappointed. We continued on to cathedrals which were enjoyable, but if we didn’t stay with our guide she would shake her head and sigh at us, making us feel like we were on a school trip. We didn’t look at the gothic fountain/museum/Italian court as advertised. I understand we were on a schedule to return to the bus at 5pm, but why bother advertising all of these things if you can’t provide them? The guide offered no explanation why we didn’t do them, just that the “weather was hot and tiring.” The guide was very abrupt, rude, and couldn’t answer a lot of questions. I have reached out to the company to find a solution but they have yet to respond, but they’ve responded to my review on Get Your Guide. Don’t waste your money on this tour.

Very disappointing that advertised itinerary was not delivered. Guide was dismissive and spoke over our concerns - This tour was advertised and had an itinerary that clearly stated 40 minutes at the ossuary, the highlight of this tour for us.. When we got there our guide Peter told us that we only had 15 minutes. We raised our concerns but he talked over us and had a dismissive tone. We then spend 20 minutes at st Mary’s which was not in the itinerary talking about paintings. We were so excited to see this extraordinary place (ossuary) for weeks and this completely ruined by the rushed nature of our visit and spending more time at places we had little interest in. Check and confirm your itinerary before boarding!

Viator’s website had... - Viator’s website had incorrect meeting location so I missed the tour. My refund request was denied. I will take my business elsewhere.
