- Baia’s Wine - The tour begins at 14:00 from our office in Kutaisi. We visit the family winery “Baia’s Wine” located in the village of Obcha, Bagdati municipality. First, Baia and her sister Gvantsa show us their vineyard, which is right behind their house. Then, we head to the wine cellar to sample several types of wines they produce, including “Tsolikouri,” “Krakhuna,” “Aladasturi,” “Ojaleshi,” “Otskhanuri Sapere,” and of course, “Chacha.” Afterward, we gather around a large table filled with Georgian food. Their mother prepares the most delicious Imeretian dishes you’ll ever taste. After a satisfying lunch, we return to Kutaisi by 18:00.

Amazing relaxing afternoon just like with friends - We had an amazing afternoon on the wine tasting experience organized by Budget Georgia. The lunch was the best we had during our stay and we felt like spending an afternoon with friends thanks to our amazing guide Lasha. He is very nice and incredibly knowledgable and interesting person! Thank you for the great experience! If we come back to Georgia for sure we will try more tours with them!

Great wine tour - We spent a wonderful afternoon with our guide Joseph. He very well taught us the process of making the original Georgian wine and the nature of the Georgian celebration culture. The dinner we found great. Our driver drove ahead and safely.

We had a really lovely... - We had a really lovely time visiting the winery. Our guide was Lasha and he was a great guide. He was very enthusiastic about his country and the wine. There was so much food and wine, we were absolutely stuffed!

Amazing - This tour is amazing!
Our guide Lasha was great and had a lot of information about winemaking and Georgia. The food served in the winery was delicious and there was plenty 😃 Best tour we did in Kutaisi.

Find your purpose - Beautiful place. Must visit if you arrived to Kutaisi. Wine yard’s owners are very friendly, you will be treated as a family. Tasty food, wine and breathtaking views. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and creative. It was our 2nd trip with #BudgetGeorgiaKutaisi team, they created an amazing experience for us!
