I Overcame My Fear – Bungee Jumping in Kushma, Nepal 🇳🇵 - I’m a girl who has always been scared of heights. But one day, I decided that I wanted to face my fear and overcome it. And guess what? My first step was bungee jumping! Yes, I know it sounds crazy but I really wanted to do it. At that time, I was going through something very painful in life, and maybe that’s why I wasn’t as scared. Or maybe I just had enough of being afraid. I don’t really know. But I did it , I jumped! I did my bungee jump in Kushma, Nepal, which is one of the highest bungee jumps in the world. The bridge is around 228 meters (748 feet) high, and the view is just breathtaking. It’s located between Kushma and Balewa, over the beautiful Kaligandaki River. The jump is from the Kushma Cliff Resort, which also offers sky cycling, swing, and other adventure activities. The staff were super friendly and supportive, and they made sure everything felt safe and exciting. The price wasn’t too high either. If you save a little pocket money or plan ahead, it’s totally affordable and the experience is worth every rupee. After about a month, I got my video and photos. When I watched them, I actually felt scared! But more than that, I felt so proud of myself. I took the step. I did it. I jumped even though I was afraid. Now, I’ve made a promise to myself: every time I visit Nepal, I’m going to do it again. I want to keep growing, and I believe that to grow in life, you have to face the things that scare you. So yes, I’m proud of myself. I’m happy I did it. And if you’re thinking about doing something that scares you go for it. You’re stronger than you think.❤️🌸

Epic place for a Bungy and Swing with a professional team! - Really good Bungy and Swing set up. The team are very professional and the equipment is good. There was a bit of a wait for the Bungy when I arrived so I did the Swing whilst waiting for the Bungy which was amazing as well. Recommend this place for epic freefalling times! Staff are very friendly as well The only issue was they didn't send my photos/videos until I followed them up via their WhatsApp: +977 985-1106432 Once I followed them up on WhatsApp they send the photos/videos straight away 😁

Conquer your fears - I have been waiting for so long to do it. I was very excited as well as nervous even when I think about going to that edge of the bridge and jumping from it. But I gather all my strength and chant Buddhist prayer "Namo tasswo bhagawato arhato samha sambhu tasa". The next second the guy was telling me 3 2 1 Jump. And guess what?? I jumped.. 😀 I kept on falling and falling. Damn i thought it was end of world to me. But then rope pulled me up and had my first bounce. And after that i was like "banchiyoo" and then i started screaming. And yes my heart skipped a beat.
