Misleading advertising - I booked this only the night before and did not do my research. I imagine it was inexpensive at $AU25 and I was prepared to pay that for the experience. I was impressed that pickup/drop off was included. I had seen it advertised during the day in a brochure a tour company we used had. The pictures advertising the place are TOTALLY misleading. Of the 6 treatments included in photo we did not get the steam room or jacuzzi (I didn’t want a jacuzzi but why say it’s included) and the salt is not a room just a scrub part of the peeling. This and the sauna were exhilarating but was only 20-25 minutes when we paid for an hour. We were persuaded to include a massage for an extra 15 euro. When we initially refused one man another 2 used persuasion and we relented. The massage was great but in a very noisy location where we heard all the loud conversations at reception. I am glad we included this as the bath process was so minimal Trying to persuade driver to take us back as we were not prepared to wait for others to have massages was also interesting but after some pushing from me he returned us to our hotel. Do your research and find somewhere more pleasant
