Kumbhalgarh Fort, standing majestically at 1180 meters above sea level, is renowned for its views of the Aravali Mountains and the surrounding countryside. This hidden forest, protected by 13 mountain peaks, and the large fort represent the past glory of the Rajput rulers.
Throughout the hike, you will pass through seven immense and imposing gates that stand like sentinels at the approaches. The thick, large wall is 15-25 feet wide and stretches approximately 15 kilometers through the mountains.

- Ranakpur Jain Temple - Afterwards, the journey continues to the next destination, Ranakpur.
The construction of the Ranakpur Jain Temple was initiated by Dharanashah, under the patronage of Maharana Kumbha, the then ruler of Mewar. The architect who oversaw the project was named Deepaka. An inscription on a pillar near the main shrine states that in 1439, Deepaka, an architect, created the temple at the direction of Dharanka, a devoted Jain. This temple has been restored over time and the grand white marble temple occupies an area of roughly 60 x 62 meters on a platform along with 1444 pillars.

Ranakpur, a small town in Rajasthan, is considered one of Jainism’s five main pilgrimage destinations. Nestled in a secluded valley within the Aravali mountain range, Ranakpur is approximately 96 km north of Udaipur in the Pali district. Its distinction lies in the beautifully carved Jain temples made from amber stone, built around the year 1439 AD, creating a tranquil and picturesque site.
