Gems in Kuala Lumpur - Brilliant day! Batu Caves were amazing, waterfall breathtaking. The visit to the Royal Selangor factory was fascinating. Lots more on the tour too! Our guide Harry (aka Uncle Harry) was entertaining and brilliant.

Our guide and driver Al... - Our guide and driver Al explained a lot about local culture which was great. The hot springs we didn’t need in this climate, but we enjoyed the waterfall so much! The tour gave interesting and diverse aspects and we would recommend this tour any time!

Nature, industry and culture in a day! - A great cultural experience at Batu Caves as well as the natural limestone formations. Batik workshop, therapeutic hotsprings hot springs, and Selangor factory were excellent, but the waterfalls were just beautiful. 7 drops, but I only made it to 6 before the path was too difficult for me.

A must! - We had a fabulous day. We took loads of photos and made new friends. The caves were amazing and so colourful. We watched in awe those there for their religious ceremonies. The waterfalls were a delight after climbing so many steps in the heat. However the hot springs were indeed hot! We thought we’d have no skin left on our feet! Wouldn’t recommend for children!! Overall we had a lovely day.

Brilliant Day Out - Both the team and the4 driver kept us up to date with timings etc prior to pick up from our hotel, Aris our guide and driver was very prompt on the day and guided us through what was happening also giving us commentary and answering all of our questions on route even those that did not relate to the tour. All stops were talked through on arrival so we knew what to expect and plenty of time was given to enjoy the sights. Plenty of exercise was had during the visits with the numerous steps up to the caves and then the steps and climbing involved in reaching the various waterfalls, it was followed up with a footbath at the hot water springs, a full dip could have been had if required. Comfortable shoes are a must and ladies cover your legs to just below your knees and cover your shoulders for the caves, gents there are no real restrictions for you other than comfortable shoes. Overall we couldn't recommend this trip enough especially if you are lucky enough to get Aris as your driver / guide.

Wonderful experience in Malaysia - The most memorable part was our tour guide Captain Mata. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions related to history, culture and so much more. We will definitely visit again and request his services.

Thanks for a great day. - The tour was great. My driver was Harry and he had a really great positive vibe about him. His knowledge was good and gave us lots of facts about life in Malaysia. Myself and several other people in the tour (the tour comprising of 5 of us) did not realise that we also went to the pewter museum as well as the batik textiles and coffee places before the hot springs and waterfall. Although these stops were interesting and worthwhile (minus the coffee stop) this confusion caused us to not be able to fully enjoy the little stops as we felt disoriented. Having your guides give a quick summary/itinerary of the day before we leave KL would minimalise confusion. For us tourists, we should have also taken note of the description on Viator. (Perhaps too the tour description/pictures could be amended)? Lunch was at a humble Indian restaurant. Delicious. Overall, I recommend the tour. Thanks for a nice day out!

Nice tour - It was a very hot and humid day. I enjoyed the visit to the Batu Falls but elected not to climb the 272 steps to the top. In any case, I enjoyed what I could at ground level. The Falls were pretty uneventful. Again, because of the heat and humidity, I didn't climb too far but got a good view of the falls. The Hot Springs stop was an experience amongst the locals. I enjoyed testing the very hot waters but was in no position to emerge myself fully in the water. The locals shared a fruit with me (forget the name). Lunch at a local restaurant was a ramen chicken noodle bowl. It was pretty good but I would have preferred spicy. I failed to inform my guide so he didn't know to order it for me (Reuben). Oveerall, a very nice private tour that was pretty much on my schedule. I could take as much time or as little time as I wanted at each stop. Reuben was excellent in answering my myriad questions bout Kuala Lumpur.

Interesting caves - The Batu caves are interesting and the waterfalls are beautiful. Pity that swimming is problematic due to no locker rooms. Hot springs a little run down and would need upgrade
