To become completely zen! - We were picked up at the port as agreed. The scrub and the soap were delicious. They asked on arrival if a mass was taken, she accepted the word no. Eventually decided to take a massage because they did so well.
Everything was fine. Highly recommended for people who do a day of Kusadasi via a cruise. Everything took a total of 2 hours. Return trip also included.

First timers who didn’t know what to expect ! - What a relaxing and wonderful experience. They are very attentive and professional. This was our first time experiencing a Turkish bath and we loved it. We added on a massage which made the experience even more fabulous!

Great experience - My husband, myself and a couple friends had a great experience. They picked us up from the port and drove us back afterwards. We sat in a sauna for about 10 minutes then had the most amazing scrub down. You felt like royalty. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! - If you like pampering and complete relaxation this is a must do ! We added on the Bali massage but the Hamam experience is something not yo be missed and we will do again in Istanbul .

The most amazing experience - A truly amazing experience. The hamam was flawless with the transitions and I felt comfortable and respected at all times. The massage add on was well worth it. My sunburnt skin felt rejuvenated. I cannot say enough about the staff. Life time experience for sure

A wonderful scrub and massage. - It was a wonderful experience. They first exfoliate, then massage with foam, and rinse. A word of advice to the ladies: They recommend bringing a bathing suit, but it should be a bikini for practicality. Otherwise, you'll have to pull down the bathing suit and cover your breasts with a towel.

Good but was rushed... - It was a good visit. Transfer service was punctual, the facility is well maintained with friendly staff. Of course they up-sell me to get more services as I arrived. With a purchase of a 50 minutes massage, I was returned in less than 2 hours. I felt the Turkey Bath portion was rushed, not enough scrubbing and bubbling. The extra massage that I paid extra for should provide extra relaxation but I felt otherwise. Next time, I would just stick with the program and my 2 hours experience without extra $$$ !

Check out a Turkish Bath - We were picked up and dropped off at the port. There were lockers for your things. It was an experience worth trying. We added a massage which topped of the experience. When in Rome .... When in Turkey take a Turkish bath. Be aware the location is 10-15 min drive. 8

Cash-only for massage, etc. - We wanted the massage, etc. But that was not offered as part of the reservation. And they did not tell us until after the massage, etc. that they would not accept credit cards. They would only accept cash. They drove us back to the ship, where my wife stayed in their car and I had to get cash and bring it back to them.
The pads they used to scrub the skin were too rough.
