Angkor Wat - Discover the South Gate of Angkor Thom, a 3km² walled and moated royal city, the last capital of the Angkorian Empire. Visit the renowned Bayon Temple, Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area, Phimeanakas, and Ta Prohm temple, a blend of human ingenuity and natural beauty.

Then, visit Wat Bo, founded in the 18th century, a revered pagoda with unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana) from the late 19th century, and explore the Local Market. Have lunch at a local restaurant (self-funded) before proceeding to the AIRPORT/BUS STATION for departure to Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh - Begin the day with a visit to the Silver Pagoda, a Khmer-style royal palace complex built in 1866 by the predecessors of King Norodom. Stop at the Independence Monument and explore the National Museum, a stunning example of Khmer architecture. Ascend the sacred hill Phnom Daun Penh, which shares its name with a pagoda and the capital city.
In the afternoon, continue to Tuol Sleng prison, now the Genocide Museum, the most secretive part of the Khmer Rouge regime, also known as S-21 (Security Office 21), the premier security camp of the Khmer Rouge. Enjoy lunch (self-funded) before shopping at the Russian Market, where you can experience the lively daily activities of the locals. Dinner is at your own arrangement, followed by an enjoyable evening in Phnom Penh.
