Awesome tour, better than expected! - Lovely tour from Sayon! The tour guide took some epic photos of us at the viewpoint and at the waterfall. Had an amazing time and a lovely swim! Highly recommend!

Great Day on Kulen Mountain - We spend a great day visiting the Kulen Waterfalls. Thanks to Ho Heang we learnt many things about Camboyan live. He was very pleasant all the time.

Nice break from temple tours - We had a wonderful tour with Sayon! He was an excellent guide, sharing fascinating insights about the Cambodian culture and the Kulen Mountain area. The views from Poeng Ta Kho were breathtaking, and visiting Preah Ang Thom (the Sleeping Buddha) was especially memorable thanks to Sayon’s thoughtful explanations of its history. We also loved exploring the waterfalls. One of the best parts was how kindly Sayon offered to take photos of us at every stop, making the day even more special. A nice break from our temple tours.

Sunny day to Kulen Mountain Park with Ho Haeng! - Great trip in Cambodia! Our tour guide Ho Haeng, together with an expert driver, brought us to Kulen Mountain Park and were kind enough to give us a private tour. Everything was explained in details and we had lots of fun together! Highly recommend to book a visit with our English spesking guide Ho Haeng :)

A great day with Heang in the mountains - Our guide Heang brought us to visit the Kulen mountain and it was an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable in the history and mythology of the area, and always has a smile on his face. The ride was very comfortable. Definitely recommend the tour and Heang as a guide!

An incident that ruined my day tour - An unpleasant incident took place when I arrived at a Pickup Point (Pub Hostel) designated by the tour Activity Provider “Angkor Wat Shared Tours” for a day trip to "Tour in Kulen Mountain Park Waterfall" As I was enquiring about my booking with the receptionist at the Pub Hostel, their Travel Expert Dara came out of a side room and, in a very loud voice, asked me, "Why do you come here?" He was furious and further added that "I sent you an email", and started an argument. I booked the tour a day earlier through Booking.com; my hotel was not in the list of hotels in their online booking form, nor was there any provision to enter the pickup address manually. Dara emailed me confirming the pickup, but he did not mention the name or address of my hotel. He also failed to contact me at my telephone number. In this environment of uncertainty, I decided to go to the Pub Hostel, where Dara got angry, disrespectful and aggressive. 1) He did not appreciate that I arrived at the pickup point on time, and that he did not have to worry about picking me up. 2) He was completely unapologetic for the inconvenience he caused. He underestimated me and his conduct completely ruined my day trip. Booking.com compensated me with a small amount of money but prevented me from writing a review on the Travel Expert of 'Angkor Wat Shared Tours'.
