An amazing experience - A great trip, and an amazing experience. Our tuk-tuk driver (Lim) was very helpful and had good knowledge. The terrain is uneven and there are lots of steps (not all in one place) unfortunately my partner did struggle with this so unfortunately we decided to cut this trip short, but thoroughly enjoyed what we did experienced.

Simply the best way to... - Simply the best way to see the Angkor temples! Our driver Bros Sa De was fantastic, his local knowledge helped us to pick the best route to avoid the crowds during a very busy local festival. He kept us comfortable all day with ice cold water, a big smile and even a few cans of beer!! Riding between temples in the tuk tuk on a hot day is the perfect way to cool down and made the experience so much more authentic. Highly recommend this tour and our wonderful driver Bros for anyone visiting Angkor!

Best drivers and guides - Mr. Phalla and Mr. Polo is the best! This is so worth the money. They picked us up from our hotel. Took us to 5 different places. Angkor Wat was the highlight. I would recommend

What an amazing way to see the temples! - Phalla was the best! Shared his knowledge, very kind and funny! Highly recommend visiting the temples this way rather than using a car. When driving the air is cool so helps cool you down anyway and you get to see and feel more. Exceptional day out!

Good service to visit Angkor. - The service was great! The driver, Mr Bong Sim was very friendly and he provided cold water after every temple. He explained a little bit about the temples and the story. It’s a good experience. Please be aware that everyone needs to pay for their tickets to the complex, the Angkor Pass.

Great day out. - Had a great time with Polo Bong, he kept us hydrated throughout what was a very hot day. Didn't rush us at all and was very helpful. Visited all the temples and he told us about them and gave us plenty of time to visit each place, we were never rushed. Helped my wife in and out of the tuktuk due to her bad leg. A kind soul.

Sunrise Temple Tour - I have just finished the early morning sunrise temple tour with my guide for the day Bong Sim. He was a super friendly and very knowledgeable guy. It was a great way to get around and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Bong Sim for making it a very memorable experience.

Temple Tuk Tour with Sim - We did the Sunrise Tour with Sim. Early 5am start but worth the effort for the Sunrise over Angor Wat and beats the crowds and avoids the heat.
Sim's English is good and he told us about the temples and made sure we had lots of cold water. The tuk tuk was a great way to travel and we had a lovely breeze in between visits.
A great trip, highly recommend Sim.

Very bad experience! - We booked a small private tour at this company because of the great reviews. However, the tour we booked was nothing like in the description or reviews and a big disappointment. We stood in front of the hotel at 4.30 am but were forgotten. After an email and phonecalls we were picked up half an hour later by another tour we did not book (a bus full of tourists, whereas we wanted a tuktuk for the two of us). The guide rushed us to buy the tickets on our mobile phones while being on the bus (because everybody else on the bus already had tickets), which we were not able to. That was very stressful. We specifically booked a tour where we would be brought to the entrance to pay!
The guide then abandoned us to go buy the tickets by ourselves with poor instructions where to find the office. On a pitch dark street with a lot of traffic! We felt very uncomfortable walking and searching in the dark. After a lot of messages we found the guide an hour later at the first temple and asked to get the private small tour, that we booked. The guide arranged a TukTuk driver, who was nice, but did not speak English and strongly smelled of alcohol. After the tour we complained but were rudly dismissed by the company - we did not even get a 'sorry'.
