Breathtaking excursion with a great guide! - This was a fantastic excursion.. we went to the alps first and took about an hour walk to a beautiful area and had lovely apple strudel before our walk back. Then we visited a Slovenian house museum which was very interesting.. we then had lunch in a typical Slovenian restaurant the food was really tasty! We then visited Lake Jasna which was absolutely beautiful. Our guide Sanda was perfect in everyway and we had great fun together throughout our day!

A Grand Day - There were just the two of us on the tour and therefore we had a car and guide to ourselves. Everything was done to how we wanted and the arrangement were flexible. The sights of Planica and the Triglav National Park were sensationally beautiful. Our tour guide was Sanda and she was knowledgable, kind and friendly. We had a great day

A good starting point for many pleasant walks into the hills - Krannska Gora is not a glamorous resort, but a nice small village with only a handful of hotels, but a very large number of rental apartments which are as a rule nicely furnished and very clean. It is an origin of many easy trips as well of a serious one day mountain tours. A nerbay Vršič pass will take to another part of Slovenia with an azure blue Soča river. Another pass to the North will get you in 30 minutes to Austria. Our family is staying in Kranjska gora a week every summer for the last 20 years

Great tour! - We booked this tour mainly because we were interested in seeing the Nordic Ski centre at Planica, but really enjoyed the whole thing. It started with a lovely drive through the mountains, travelling through little villages, then visiting a man made lake. We went back to Kranjska Gora for coffee and a visit to the traditional home, which was guided by a very knowledgeable local. From there it was off to Planica which was amazing! We were able to take a chairlift lift to the top of the ski flying hill, a distance of some 200 meters, which I would thoroughly recommend. The whole trip was expertly driven and guided by Sanda who was helpful and knowledgeable. We will be returning to Slovenia, and I will certainly check out other tours offered by this company.
