Great guide was the key to this tour - Rasena was an excellent guide. She drive safely and avoided pot holes, let us proceed at our own pace, and gave us a ton if information about life and sights on Bonaire. We talked about government, culture, recycling, and flamingos, turtles, and everything in between. Everything was right on time and she brought cold sodas.

Great tour, even greater guides - STAN and his trainee (so sorry I forgot her name) from Belgium were AMAZING! So fun, funny and informative. We loved our tour and they gave us so many wonderful glimpses of the best places to go/see while on Bonaire. Great, wholesome people. Great tour.

We stopped at the... - We stopped at the Thousand Steps beach snorkel, dive area and walked down to beach. Also the lake was very interesting and beautiful.

Annie Rocks! - Annie was amazing! We felt we got a really good sense of island life. And being LGBTQ friendly was definitely a plus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing - Bonaire is a beautiful island to visit. The drive was beautiful going North and South. On the drive we stopped at 1000 steps to take some pictures and the colour of the water was so beautiful. Nice blues, light and deep. Along the way we saw some donkeys and beautiful flamingos. Saw the huts or houses where the slave lived and learned some history about the island. Saw the salt hills where all the salt from the water is collected.Water here looked so pink and beautiful. I have never seen pink water, couldn't believe my eyes. Our tour guide Elgin was so nice and knowledgeable about the island and shared with us lots of stories. We were very satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend to do this tour.

Great tour and experience - Was a wonderful tour - the tour guide was timely, very responsive, and super friendly. It was a perfect experience to get an overview of the island!

Excellent tour and tour guide. - Amazing information about salt production. This was a private tour and the meeting instructions were perfect. There was someone waiting for us and then introduced our driver who escorted us to a very nice (and clean) vehicle. It was a very interesting tour and we learned much about the island from our tour guide, Resine. Thank you for making this tour so enjoyable!

Bonair Island Tour - We took a private tour of the island that ended up on a beach. Very informative. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Informative, but no concern for the tourist's experience. - Over the last 13 years, I've travelled to more than 12 caribbean islands and 3 mexican cities, in which I've taken local tours to better understand the island or city history and this is the first one that was interuppted because of vehicle issues. I like to think I'm a resonable person and understand that things happen, which the tour guide or company can't control, but it was quite obvious that the vehicle shouldn't be used for conducting tours. The owner of the tour company, proved that they were more concerned with getting tourist money and not the customer experience, when they decided to reimburse me $29 of the $228 spent on the tour. I took this tour on 10/9/23 and despite the vehicle having multiple issues, we made the best of the tour. We completed the tour of the southside of the island and was just leaving the 1000 steps stop, when the vehicle stalled out on the hill. We got out of the vehicle and stood out on the side of the road for about 20 minutes in 90+ degree weather, while the tour guide Josh navigated down the hill in reverse. We were out of cell phone available zone, so he couldn't even call for help. Once we navigating to the bottom the hill, we had to detour from the rest of the northside tour and begin the trip to the Cadushy Distillery. The vehicle began overheating, ten minutes into the ride to the distillery. The driver turned the heat on in the vehicle, to try to reduce the temperature, but we evently had to pull over to the side of the road. We waited outside the vehicle for about 15 minutes, to allow the temperature to cool down. Despite being annoyed about the issues, we stayed positive and tried to provide some moral support for the guide, who was visibly distraught and embarrased that we had to deal with the issues with the vehicle. After leaving the distiliery, he took us back to the resort in his own car, in fear that we might encounter more issues with the tour vehicle. With all that being said, I felt the tour was informative, despite all of the issues encountered. I would recommend going with another company to tour the island.

Unprofessional - Bonaire Tour Center - I am writing this as a travel agent who booked VIP clients that arrived on 22FEB at Bonaire Airport with prepaid vouchers for Bonaire Tour Center's Private Tour around the island. They were to have been met by "Michelle", but Michelle never showed up. I was able to contact Bonaire Tour Center and was told they were "on the way" however no one ever showed up! I wound up having to book another tour operator who was willing at the 11th hour to do a tour around the island so my clients would not be stranded. If you are thinking of booking Bonaire Tour Center - DON'T!! Never a more unprofessional operator with zero concern for their customers or their own responsibilities.
