Countryside of Poland (Zakopane) - What a fantastic experience! Fabian exuded professionalism and was incredibly composed. The whole thing was well considered. the mood of the music, the temperature of the vehicle—which was, incidentally, driven by Konrad, a skilled driver—and the timing of each spot. I will unquestionably suggest Fabian and Konrad together as a tandem for the tour.

Brilliant Zakopane trip - We really enjoyed our trip with Kaya & Michael. Well thought out and ran smoothly, but did not feel rushed. I felt we had a great personal experience and Kaya spoke excellent English with humour 😀

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 - Thank to Lukas bus driver, I feel he is the best in all Krakov!!! 7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and our guide Fabian was very nice and interesting. Overall we got more than we expected.

Thermal pools - Bart was a fantastic tour guide extremely knowledgeable on all locations visited.

Beautiful Zakopane - Amazing experience and made all the more fun with Olaf as our guide - his knowledge is incredible and English well spoken. He made us laugh and I have found out more about Poland due to him. Big shout out to the driver too

Fabulous tour, especially with kaja as our guide - Kaja was fabulous, very friendly, bubbly and always smiling,
She was so informative during the journey to each of our destinations
When we arrived at the shepherds hut she made me feel extra special as it was my birthday and I got all dressed up as a highlander and got lots of pictures taken
We couldn’t of asked for a better guide
On the return back to Krakow she also shared with us her top tips for excursions, pubs and good restaurants xx

Nice little trip but not what I expected - Beware! if not choosing the baths option... it means you sit for 3 hours doing nothing at the resort while the other people go to the pools. I thought that it would a separate tour so the people going to the pools would go there, and others would go back to Krakow.. no...
The guide Simon was lovely and did everything he could to make our tour great. He tried to get us back to avoid sitting around for 3 hours but it was not in his control.
I loved the little village and the cheese and "vodka" tasting and Zapone was amazing.. shame it wasn't great weather when I was there but I loved it anyway.

Interesting experience if you want to get out of Krakow for a day - I enjoyed the day. Marek was a great guide, very friendly and he gave many interesting facts and stories through the day.

Absolutely horrendous! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY stay well away from Thousand Miles Tour Company booked through Get Your Guide. My friend & I (both ladies over 60) were left completely stranded by Thousand Miles when they left us behind about two & half hours from our hotel in the pitch black, taking all of our personal belongings including money, credit cards, passports, medication, our hotel room key & many other things with them in our bags on their bus, We didn’t know if we would retrieve our property & were due to fly home the next day. Whilst the company responded to my complaint saying I signed an agreement regarding wait times they have not been able to provide a copy of this. Claiming they had a time schedule to keep to meaning they could not wait for us or try to find us & yet they had time on the home journey to stop for the driver to have a cigarette! Being completely abandoned & stranded was an horrendous & terrible experience which will stay with us forever & considering the world we live in, is so very frightening to think of what could’ve happened. I am posting this so women stay safe in this world & do not find themselves in such a dangerous & vulnerable position because of this company. Please, please use an alternative. STAY AWAY,!

BEWARE OF BAD TREATMENT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - Appalling treatment by this company. I have screenshots to show their “pilot” as they called him messaged me the night before adjusting the pickup time from 9 am to 8.05 am. I messaged him back twice to advise that I could not make 8.05 (prior commitment) and would be at hotel for pickup at 9 am. No further contact from him apart from message at 07.29 this morning. I didn’t pick the message up til 08.00 (prior commitment) and got to the hotel pickup point at 08.20 by which time they had left without me. Contacted the office to rearrange trip and they WOULD NOT rearrange NOR give me a refund. Beware! I have the messages on my phone to prove what happened and when but they pretty much said I was lying!
