- Simon our tour guide was absolutely amazing, he continuously kept us up to date with tour details but also very funny jokes and kept the mood fun with the long travel, very knowledgable and ensured the day trip went very smoothly. Would use the company again for other trips. Highlights were the cheese, vodka and views. Thermal pools was not what we imagined, we had booked a mystery trip so our itinerary had said thermal baths in the mountains - what we had in mind was a much more natural experience, what we got was more of a water park / pool party vibe, our 12 year old loved it, but just wasn’t what we pictured.

Well worth the trip 👍 - We booked this trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths, online, before we left for Krakow. It was simple, and easy. The trip from Krakow, in a mini bus, took just over one and a half hours. We drove through some beautifull countryside, and small towns on the way. We had a 20 minute stop for drinks etc, at a really nice cafe midway through the journey (see photo) Upon arrival at Zakopane, the scenery is truly breathtaking. The mountains and the town of Zakopane are just stunning! We took the cable car up to the restaurant area, our cable car ticket was included in the price of the trip! The view from the top is amazing, and there are a few choices of where to eat + drink etc, all of which serve nice food, with reasonable prices. There is an array of various stalls etc, that sell local foods and trinkets, etc, such as fridge magnets, etc. We had only a 2 hour stop here, which isn’t really long enough to take it all in, but then we had another 45 minute journey to the thermal baths, so you are really on a tight schedule. At the baths, once again our entrance fee was in with the price of our trip. The changing rooms are communal, so you have both sexes walking around in the changing area! You are given a nice warm dressing gown and a towel to use, all included in the price. There are several different pools to choose from which all have different temperatures. There is also a nice cafe / restaurant, which serves nice food too. We had 1 and a half hours here, which was plenty of time! All in all, the trip was worth the time and money, giving good value, and allowing you to see and do 2 different expieriences of Poland. We had a great day!

Not as expected - Good trip but not quite as expected. A bit too commercial. Simon the host and the bus driver were 10/10. We thought we were going to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains but at the top of the cable car it was like the fair had come to town. The ‘hot springs’ were a mass of jacuzzis with a kids water park. None of it was bad. It was just not what we thought we were getting.
