Amazing - Excellent trip. Tomas was a great driver who picked up up from hotel and took us to salt mines. Lots of steps so wear comfortable shoes. Not suitable for disabled people lots of steps to negotiate.

Breathtaking craftsmanship and artisanry. One of a kind experience with deep regional, cultural and historical significance. - The guide was easy to understand and gave many details. She was polite, thorough and paused long enough for appropriate photos. She was detailed and helpful in her instructions for what to expect and how to exit.

Fantastic experience - Really enjoyed this trip to the Salt Mines.
Our guide was excellent and albeit lots of stairs and walking, it was well worth it!
Would recommend it to anyone and booking it through Hello Cracow was so easy and communication on pick up, times and information was second to none from them.

Krakow is beautiful and fascinating - We only spent 5 days in Krakow but that was enough to see that Krakow is a beautiful, very green and absolutely fascinating city. We did a street buggy tour of the old, the Jewish and the ghetto sectors of Krakow. Recommended on a fine day. Trams make getting around easy. We visited the amazing salt mines which was eye opening and hugely interesting. Lot of walking, plenty of steps (down) but with it. Lovely hour long boat trips are available down the River Vistula and are really cheap. Did not go to Auschwitz, too sad, but noticed how much the holocaust still haunts Krakow. Extraordinary city.

Amazing experience!!! - Amazing place to visit, photos don't do it justice. A must visit attraction in Krakow, you'll be sorry if you don't. Well organised tour, guide was humerous and knowledgeable and transport from hellocracow spot on with great communications. Would recommend to everybody visiting Poland!!!!

Down t’pits - The tour was well organised and punctual. Coach was comfortable.A lot of stairs at the mine. Underground church impressive.

A must see experience, but perhaps better enjoyed if self organised. - The transport was good, the driver explained everything & stayed with us until entry with the mine guide. The Salt mine, carvings & sculptures are incredible & a must see experience. However, we found our guide unenthusiastic, difficult to hear at times, & due to the volume of visitors, the tour was obviously strictly timed & therefore felt very rushed. Due to the minibus departure time, we had insufficient time to visit the museum, cafe or any of the surrounding areas, which was frustrating as we would have liked to have had time to explore, instead we had to rush back to the minibus immediately on exiting the mine through fear of missing it. I think organising your own transport, which we believe is straight forward using the train, would make the visit far more enjoyable. Everyone has to enter the mine as a group with a guide, but once finished there would be time to explore.

Interesting trip but not enough time - The salt mines were really interesting and worth visiting but very busy. The guide in the mine was very well organised, informative and easy to hear because of the headphones. The price of the tour included a ticket to the museum (underground) but in reality there was no time built into this trip to allow time to visit it. We did not hang around after the end of the tour but still arrived 10 minutes late for the bus departure time. There are two lifts out of the mines the one we were sent to was a 15 minute walk underground and a 10 minute walk back to the carpark. I think if you can do this trip independently ( everybody has to be escorted by a guide) it would give you more freedom and time to learn more about the salt mines
