Hassle Free - In fairness the mines were amazing and the company we used was brilliant. We booked prior arriving and the communication was excellent and we were informed throughout. The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. We also used the company to pick us up from the airport and this was also hassle free

Wonderful experience - This was my second visit to the Salt Mine. It was just as fantastic as the first visit. The transport worked well, friendly and efficient. Good guide in the mine though the size of the group made it difficult to hear her, as did the close proximity of other groups. None of this spoilt the enjoyment.

Excellent tour - Wonderful tour if the salt mines worth every penny . So easy booking with this company received a txt the week before which put my mind at ease that we were actually going to be picked up . Really good communication folliwing that arranging pick up time . Driver was very nice and made the trip enjoyable . He dropped us off after the tour at a bar in the Jewish quarter which was great for us but also saved him a trip to the other side of town . Overall would 100% recommend this company great service thank you

Great experience - The salt mines are amazing. There is a lot of walking (about 3 miles) so be prepared. What we found very disappointing was the guide (Agnieska) who was Polish but her English and diction was poor and she spoke far too quickly so many people could not understand what she was saying. The group size was about 35 which was too big because those at the back could hear what was being said.

Rushed but good - Great place to visit, it was just a little bit rushed I know they are busy but we flew round, we were in a group of 39 I think if they shorten the numbers it would be good

Underwhelming - Our trip to the salt mines was rather underwhelming. The transfer from Krakow was good (thanks Pav) but we were then put into a large group of 39 and led through the mines by a guide who spoke very quickly with a strong accent, often before the whole group was together. We arrived back at the surface with no real understanding of what we had seen. Maybe a better guide would have resulted in a better experience, but for us we didn’t feel it was worth the money or half-a-day of our time.
