Wonderful experience with such friendly and helpful hosts! - I had such a wonderful experience with Hello Cracow. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we had the best possible experience exploring Kraków. Their communication was excellent, and they were always supportive and happy to answer any questions or offer advice. It really made the trip feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend Hello Cracow to anyone visiting the city – they made my visit truly special. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Would recommend - both the operator and the attraction - Obviously there are two parts to this review - the first being Hello Cracow and the 2nd being the mines. Hello Cracow deal with the tickets and logistics but it's the mine itself that does the tours, so that part of the experience should be the same whoever you choose or if you just turn up. Hello Cracow were excellent. We booked through tripadvisor and a couple of days later they contacted us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup location. The day before the trip they sent a list of things to note (like what to wear, times, etc) and the name of the person you were meeting, the pickup time and the coach number. We were picked up bang on time, they had our names so we didn't even need the tickets and we were taken to the venue. We were then taken to the entrance, given a few minutes to grab a tea/coffee and go to the loo then handed over to the guide. They then sent us a message to remind us where the coach would be. The tour was great. Our guide (I'm rubbish with names but I want to say Sylvester). Be prepared for a lot of walking - they warn you about the steps, but it's a really long walk. It was really interesting and ususual and I'd highly recommend it as something to see. One thing I don't think was made clear was there are toilets in the mine, in case you're worried - although note that the final set of toilets - just as you go to leave - are quite a long way away so make sure you give yourself time. Also note that when they tell you that you're leaving it's actually quite a long walk to the lift. I'm tall-ish (6'1") and there are a couple of low ceilings, but it really didn't feel that enclosed and it was a decent temperature.

Amazing sights - Very well organised tour but again rushed in parts which I suppose is understandable the amount of visitors that were there. Definitely put this on your to do list when visiting Krakow

Not One For Me - Although the Salt Mine tour was well organised with friendly, informative staff, i actually found the tour a little on the boring side. I really appreciate what these people did back in the day and the achievements made but it reminded me of all those boring old school trips back in the day. If the price was lower that would have maybe helped. This is only my opinion and many in the group seemed very keen and enjoyed their visit. The trip boasts 800 steps (heading down) and plenty of flat ground walking so definitely not ones who struggle walking or weak leg strength. There is a lift to take you back up so its only steps down you need to worry about. There is a toilet stop around half way too. I would not personally recommend to younger people seeking excitement, but more to people after rich Krakow history and man made achievements. I will not post photos as it was asked we do not do this for guests planning to visit.

The experience in the salt mine - There are 800 stairs down to the bottom of the mine. The elevator up was completely terrible they pushed in 9 people in an elevator as there was Max room for 5. Got almost panicked we stood like herring in the barrel I wanted out of the elevator but was just pushed in again, horrible experience

Great Organization by Hello Cracow, Stunning Wieliczka Salt Mine — Unfortunately Disappointing Guide - We booked the Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour + Ticket & Transfer from Krakow with Hello Cracow, and overall it was a good experience. Communication with Hello Cracow was perfectly arranged from start to finish. The minibus arrived on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. The transfer itself was smooth and well organized. The only small downside (purely my personal opinion) was that it was a bit too warm inside the bus. As for the part organized by Hello Cracow, I can definitely recommend them. The Wieliczka Salt Mine itself is absolutely stunning — truly impressive and well worth visiting. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was our guide inside the salt mine. She was friendly and kind, but her English was quite limited. Her vocabulary seemed too small to properly explain the history and details, and she kept laughing in between words, which made it difficult to follow the story. Many explanations felt unfinished and were sometimes hard to understand. To be clear, she is not an employee of Hello Cracow but works for the salt mine itself — still, it was a pity, as it affected the overall experience. All in all, the salt mine is beautiful and Hello Cracow is certainly recommended, but we were simply unlucky with the guide.
