Wasn’t expecting to see... - Wasn’t expecting to see what we did. Seeing this in person is much better than pictures online. Brilliant

Very cool tours (both in temperature and interest) - Who knew a salt mine would be so cool?! So much info and history in that mine. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as it’s a lot of walking downstairs (elevator back up though). Schindler Factory was interesting but more about Krakow during WWII and correcting history from the movie.

Great tour – and Krakow Direct saved the day! - We had a great experience with the Salt Mine and Schindler Factory tour. Everything was well-organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. Huge thanks to Krakow Direct—they saved us when we realized (a bit too late) that we should’ve booked tickets in advance and everything was sold out. They found us spots and made it all super easy. Highly recommend!

Great trips - The Salt Mines and Schindlers Factory were good trips. The tour guide at Schindlers factory was outstanding. Krakow Direct were well organised and communication was great. Tripadvisor need to be clear when booking 2 trips that these won’t be continuous trips. There was a wait of 3hours between trips.

Salt mines guide top, Schindler's guide worthless - The tour of the salt mines was great. A nice, good English speaking guide who brought it full of humor. The guide on the Schindler's Liszt tour did it for the first time, I think. There was no line in her story at all, was distracted very easily and faltered so much that she always forgot what she wanted to say. Too bad, we expected more of this

The Salt Mine was an... - The Salt Mine was an interesting experience. It would have been helpful to know when we were to return to the bus so that we knew if we had time to see anything additional within the mine or to shop in the gift shop at the end. There was a two hour gap between the Salt Mine and Schindler's Factory that we did not expect for lunch between the two sites. We were able to get into the small coffee shop/souvenir shop in Schindler's factory to get something to eat and drink while we waited. The tour in Schindler's factory was crowded. Often I could not see what the guide was pointing out a long the way from the back of the group. We also did not see all of the displays along the way. I felt this part was a little rushed. Again we did not know when the bus should be there to know how much additional time if we had any after the tour. The only reason I would recommend this tour, if you want to visit both places, is the line for Schindler's Factory for those who did not have tickets was extremely long.

Review for Krakow Direct NOT the experiences - This review is for the tour operator, Krakow Direct. The actual Salt Mine and Schindler Factory Tours were fantastic but I would highly recommend booking separately on your own or through another tour company. This tour was not a tour but simply transportation with poor communication. I was supposed to be picked up at 8:25am and was then messaged the night before that pick up would be at 7:35am. Fine, still plenty of time to adjust. Another couple on the tour said they got a text at 7:11am that they were being picked up at 7:15am! But then, I ended up not being picked up until 8:10am. I texted them to find out about the delay and I never heard back. Once picked up, there was little communication from the driver about the day ahead. Just, see you back at the bus. The itinerary said we would not be rushed after the salt mines and would have 15-20 minutes to shop. That of course did not happen as we were whisked right away. I soon realized not everyone was continuing on to the Schindler Factory. Someone in the group asked where they were being dropped and the driver said “where you should be”. The passenger asked, and where is that? No response. So I asked about the Schindler tour and he said he’s just a driver and I needed to follow my itinerary but I told him nothing on the itinerary had been correct. And true to form, once at Schindler we were told we had two hours before our tour and to go grab lunch and be back by 2pm. According to my schedule the whole day should have been over by 2-2:30pm so this was quite surprising and once again frustrating. At 2pm, there was no one around to meet us and the Schindler museum said they couldn’t help us without tickets. Once again I texted and emailed Krakow Direct and received no response. An employee at Schindler took pity on us and called Krakow Direct and they said the driver should have given us our tickets. More nonsense from our horrible driver. Thankfully someone finally showed up and we were able to start the tour but this day was beyond frustrating and nothing as advertised. Book on your own or with another company. Krakow Direct has the worst communication and follow through.

Disappointed, never again - The time been changed twice., I've been waiting since 2pm. We had to wait in a rain, Arthur explained it's due to heavy traffic. Rung to office twice just to get simple 'you have to wait
