Great comms from the team... - Great comms from the team from start to finish, friendly and helpful. From pickup to drop off, tour was very good and the mines are well worth a look, we were genuinely stunned at the vastness and detail within. Slight issue with pickup, in that a medical emergency meant a delay in getting to us, but Martin sorted us with a pre paid taxi and as noted, was in touch the whole time... Great customer service. Thanks to Martin and the team. If you see this Martin, hope your pooch is doing well and thanks again.

Excellent tour! Our guide... - Excellent tour! Our guide was clean, well dressed, friendly, and prompt! We were picked up and walked to our tour, given time to relax after our tour ended without being rushed. Great experience!!!

Interesting and a fun trip! - Fantastic trip from start to finish. Jerry was brilliant, informative and witty. Pick up and drop off was amazing with extra information and sight seeing given. Skip the line ticket was well worth it as we were there over easter so was extremely busy. Tour was informative, not in a large crowd and plenty of time to look around. Jerry advised us to keep his number and if we needed any other information for the rest of our trip to contact him, which we did and he helped us straight away.

First time in Krakow 2026 - Visiting Krakow for first time - looked on lots of website for inspiration for excursions and restaurants our driver was Konrad he was super punctual and knowledgeable about the area

Disappointing and expensive Tour - Booked via hotel and the collection was from the same location. After 30 mins still in Krakow and made numerous stops to collect. Lots of waiting to get in the mine. Once in the steps to the lower level seems endless...64 meters I was told. The audio was not easy to hear. Large group and it's was difficult to get to the front where the audio worked better. However the tour guide spoke with an accept that was difficult to understand. The tour was flown endless corridors with nothing much of interest to see. Rather a contrived tour and rather sanitized and lacked authenticity. At the end in a cafe we were directed to drop off our headsets. The guide gave no instructions on how to get back. After queuing for sometime she showed up and pulled my group out of the line. She attempted without any audio devices to gather the group and walk it back to some lifts that were at least half a mile distance. On reaching the gift shop we looked to buy something and then leave to find out the tour terminated at a different location to it's start point. On going out to find where I was it seemed necessary to go back inside and the tour guide was very rude when I opened the door.
