Worth a visit - Amazing trip to Salt Mine. Has to be seen to believed the size & how fascinating it is! Didn't know what to expect but was amazed at everything. Comfortable shoes is a must as plenty of walking with alot of steps.

Historical interest. - The enormity of the mines were incredible. Although do wear good shoes as there's lots of walking. The guides really bring the story of the mine and the people that worked there to life!

Awesome - Samanta gave us the tour and she was fantastic! Very witty and well spoken, gave us all a good laugh while explaining everything very clearly! She deserves a raise!
The Salt Mines are beautiful, better than the pictures for sure!

Lots of physical activity involved in this tour - Caution!!!! Tour involves hundreds of steps walking down the mine. Not recommended for people with knee issues & fearful of closed spaces. I wished I had known this prior to partaking in this tour.

Transport service - What you're paying for, essentially, is the peace of mind of having the transport to and from the mine handled for you, from a central location in Kraków. If you're on a budget, might be better to use public transport. The vist to the mine itself is pretty cool though, definitely recommended.

average service - The tour in the salt mine is great. But krakville only provide the trip and the tickets. No added value from the driver who seems to prefer to listen to his polish radio than talking to his customer. It's basically a pick-up and delivery service. If you want to save 100 Zl / pers, take the public transport.

Not recommended - Very expensive for what amounted to a taxi to the salt mines and back and a pre bought ticket for the normal tour of the mines.
Much cheaper to buy your own ticket at the mines or on line and then arrange your own taxi or cheaper still use public transport.
Would not recommend

This is a tourist trap! DO NOT BOOK HERE - This is a scam, they charged 3 times for the price. Be aware that you will be robbed. Book online is cheaper! The service is so bad.

Krakville didn't follow covid regulations - The tour is great unfortunately the Krakville Tours failed in follow the covid rules. Although the diver ask to the person in the car (!) to use the mask they refused and that was it. It is said that people can't be minimal polite, but it is still Krakville responsability guaranteed that the safe regulations will be followed during its tours.
