• Chocholow - Stop at “Bacówka” - En route to Zakopane, visit a site where one of the world’s most unique cheeses is crafted. Highlanders, local settlers renowned for their handmade “oscypek,” a smoked cheese made from sheep’s milk, produce it here. These wooden houses, known as “Bacówki,” offer a chance to sample various types of this cheese with different levels of smoking and learn about its production.
