An extremely emotional experience. - An extremely emotional experience. The guide was amazing. Her knowledge, passion and delivery of the information was perfect. We came away with a great understanding of the man, the workers, the life in the factory. I would suggest doing this tour and the Ghetto tour one day and then Auschwitz the next.

Definitely worth a visit! - Did the tour today, and found it very interesting and informative.
Our guide Wojciech Marchut was fantastic. He added a personal touch by telling us stories about his family in the war.
He also took us outside the factory and showed us Schindlers house, which he didn’t have to do.
Would definitely recommend for a visit, and definitely get a guided tour!!!

Overall very good - Overall the experience was enjoyable , probably less about Schindler than expected . English tour guide was very good . Temperature of the museum was very hot , leave your coat in the locker .
However I must say the attitude of the young man on the door when we arrived was shocking ( Tue 9 late afternoon ) . His attitude with us ( pre booked tickets ) and two people in line when we arrived was shocking. Just because he works at a location surrounded with Nazi memorabilia doesn’t mean he needs to behave like one !!!

Good but do your homework first - There's not a lot about the man himself or what he did it's more about the build up and the war itself. It's very interesting from that perspective it's at least a 21/2hour tour. Do your homework about schindler before you go and then decide if it's the right tour for you. Buy your tickets in advance join the queue and when it's nearly your admission time go directly into the entry door if you don't you may be waiting for hours. Self guided is better as you'll see a lot more. Guided is rushed

Orientation to WWII and German Occupation - Toured with my son. Directions for meeting unclear. A tour group about 15-20. Knowledgeable tour guide led group through series of exhibitions on multiple floors. Little chance to take advantage of interesting documentation given 1.5 hour time limit. With group size and time pressure no real time to ask questions. Presentation covered pre-war, war, and post-war Krakow. For a picture of Oskar Schindler, just watch the movie. For an orientation to the war and Krakow, this is a tour for you.

Disappointing - The story around what happened in krakow during the war was very interesting & hearing more about the ghetto however, i thought it would be linked to schindler himself & the survivors. Only a short blurb at the very end. Given its called schindlers factory expected to know more about him. Also, there were a lot of photos in albums and through lenses that didnt give you any info at all of dates/times

Be the first of the day or forget it! - I was looking forward to going to this but it was a shambles from the start. From waiting outside with no clear place to stand for your allocated time (unlike the salt mine tour which is clearly roped for each country and language). People were crammed in making it difficult to get near the tour guide to hear what was being said (unlike the Auschwitz tour that provides head sets so you can hear the guide clearly no matter where you were in the group). With individuals buying tickets also who are pushing through groups constantly we gave up on our tour guide and walked around on our own. If you are going to go be the first group of the day would be my recommendation!
The salt mine and auschwitz/birkenau are far superior tours and better organised.
