You can choose a preferred time, but the exact time is not guaranteed. - Due to the museum's personalized tickets, you must provide full names of all participants when reserving and bring a passport or ID for entry to SchindlerFactory Museum . Without these, entry may be denied. - We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the tour start time. Once the group has entered, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable. The exhibition features narrow passageways and an immersive layout designed to reflect the atmosphere of Kraków during World War II. Although the building originally functioned as Schindler’s factory, it now operates as a museum and no longer contains original production equipment.
