Good but rushed - Guide was knowledgeable, all these guides are passionate about their country and heritage. Tour itself was good but rushed due to other guides/groups and no chance to go back to look at leisure due to booking a guide rather than just booking a ticket, will know this for future

Fascinating museum - The tour started 20 minutes late because one of the booked people decided to go to the shop after they had notified one of the guides they were there & we all had to wait for them to return. The guide was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. The tour guide wasn't the friendliest person, but he was professional & very good at relaying information about the site in an interesting way. Although there are interactive screens in the museum (that I didn't have a chance to use) I'm really glad that I went with a guide rather than visiting independently. Originally I had planned to visit the museum independently but there were no tickets left available for individuals, & I booked the tour purely because it was the only way I would be able to visit the museum before I left Kraków. However, I think it was worth the extra cost to have a guide bring the museum alive with their knowledge, I don't think I would have got as much out of the museum had I visited by myself. The history of the square is fascinating & it's definitely worth taking the time to go to the museum to learn about it (book in advance as it sells out quickly). As a side note, the ticket office is on the opposite side of the Cloth Hall to the museum entrance (if you haven't booked online & need to buy tickets in person). The entrance to the museum is directly facing St Mary's Basilica to the left of the first pedestrian archway when facing the Cloth Hall from the main square

Disappointed with the tour - We were promised a 2 hour tour which we thought started in the square. But we went straight down. Our guide did explain things but there were loads of exhibits there and we only saw what he talked about. Once we moved through a section we could not go back not fair we wanted to spend time looking too or after. Then so called abruptly the tour after an hour finished! It was not worth the money. The guide was good but I would not recommend it. A shame ...
