Wonderful tour with Anna - This was an excellent tour of a very interesting part of Krakow. Anna was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, warm, and kind. My partner was looking for a highly specific gift for an 80 year old patient who was born in Poland but hadn't been back in many years, and Anna was helpful with some suggestions for traditional Polish gifts he might like (and Anna was very patient while my partner spent a good twenty minutes in the gift shop deciding between them). Anna provided very useful context for how Nowa Huta came to exist and about communist city planning more generally, and she showed us some unique and interesting sites, including a church that looks very different to any I had seen before. She was also extremely generous in sharing about her own life and the lives of Polish people today, including how the Polish school system works. When I travel to a new country, it is always a pleasure to speak to local people and understand their lives and their perspectives, so I was extremely appreciative in hearing about Anna's life and family. Thank you Anna for such a wonderful tour! We learned so much about Nowa Huta and also gained a better understanding of the people living there!

Amazing! - Super interesting and absolutely worth seeing with a guide—especially with Thomas! It would be difficult to understand the neighborhood or visit its significant buildings on your own; unfortunately, the area lacks informative panels and resources for tourists. Thomas from Best Krakow managed to transport us back to the post-war era and brought every corner of Nowa Huta to life with stories, anecdotes, photos, and historical maps—all delivered with exceptional professionalism and an excellent command of English!
