Great highly recommend - Really good experience great guide would highly recommend. Lots of steps though nearly all downwards however a lift on the way up which was a relief

SaltMine - What a wonderful experience a lot of steps initially to get down so my partner did struggle a bit but well worth, we were picked up from our hotel by Bohden on time and very informative on the way and also prompt when the tour was over and extremely knowledgeable

Excellent trip - Wow a fantastic place to visit when in Krakow. Great experience. 800 steps down to begin with. Beautiful sculptures & chandeliers. Our guide Anna was excellent & very informative. Would definitely recommend. We booked via Trip advisor; only negative was the the mini bus that collected us. Very tight leg room; a real squeeze.

Transfers to/from airport - Eugene was my driver for transfers, very nice and chatty, was early for my pick up, very pleased with his overall services

A little disappointing - There were a lot of steps. Maybe I was expecting something different. The statues made out of salt were impressive. I wouldn’t recommend if you have bad knees.

That what you promised... - That what you promised for pick up is misleading. You changed meeting place and end up needing to take taxi to meeting place appointed

Be smart. Don't use this tour. You can't trust they will show up - Don't use this tour. The operator cancelled the tour without ant notice. The operator doesn't answer calls when you press the number for calls in English. Luckily we had a hotel employee call in Polish. Then the call went through. They didn't say why it was canceled or why they didn't call. We were told by email they would tell us the pickup but they never did. They told us the tour would happen on Monday instead of Saturday but they couldn't guarantee it. They would not tell us where they would pick us up. They then just ended the call. We couldn't get them back on the phone. Then once again we had the hotel employee call and they answered when they heard her speak Polish. Then they canceled but said to get a refund we had to call Viator as they processed the refunds. It would take a few days to see if they would credit us. They could not guarantee. Viator was no better. They don't answer emails sent through the website. They don't answer the local number to call. They don't answer texts. When we go to the link on the email with the tickets we get a Oops something went wrong, retry Finally, we were forced to call the US number to get help. The person on the US call was helpful. It wasn't actually a call to the US as the person was definitely not in the US. It was only a US number. Luckily the person was helpful and said they would process a credit but it would take a couple of days. We shall see.

Operator canceled night before - I booked and paid for this tour a couple weeks in advance, the operator confirmed the details the day before, but then later that evening they canceled via WhatsApp due to a staffing issue. Luckily I was able to find an opening with another, more reliable company. This company did not respond to my request for a refund until I contacted Tripaadvisor for assistance. I enjoyed the salt mine itself, this review only reflects my negative experience with this operator.
