- Family Home of John Paul II - Upon arrival, visitors will explore the Family House of Karol Wojtyla, known as the Holy Father John Paul II, in Wadowice. The Museum aims to honor and share knowledge about the life and teachings of John Paul II, whose leadership and message hold a significant place in Polish heritage. The museum strives to present John Paul II as a model of a noble, wise individual, respected and admired by many. The visit to John Paul II’s house lasts about 1.5 hours, followed by 30 minutes exploring the central square of his hometown and the church where he was baptized. Afterward, guests can relax in a cozy café and enjoy John Paul II’s favorite cake.
- Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Santuario - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska park is a Mannerist architectural and landscape complex and pilgrimage site, established in the 17th century during the Counter-Reformation, which spurred the creation of Calvaries in Catholic Europe. Karol Wojtyła, both as a young man and later as a priest, frequently visited this sanctuary, which he often mentioned. The park, located near the town of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 1999.
- Sanctuary of Divine Mercy - This sacred complex is associated with the life and work of Saint Sister Faustina. The Sanctuary experienced significant growth following Sister Faustina’s beatification on April 18, 1993, and her canonization on April 30, 2000, as well as the pilgrimages of Pope John Paul II (1997 and 2002), Pope Benedict XVI (2006), and Pope Francis (2016).
- Sanktuarium Swietego Jana Pawla II - This Roman Catholic center in Krakow is dedicated to the life and legacy of Pope John Paul II. The Center’s mission is to promote and develop John Paul II’s legacy, spirituality, culture, and traditions, along with scientific and educational initiatives and support for those in need. On June 12, 2011, a relic of John Paul II, an ampule of his blood, was placed in the altar mensa of the lower chapel of the John Paul II Sanctuary.

There are numerous locations around the globe that held a special place in the heart of John Paul II. However, three stand out as particularly significant to him. His birthplace, Wadowice, is where “everything began” and where “time was fleeting, yet eternity awaited.” Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, with its magnificent monastery and church, was a place JPII encouraged visits to “during his life and after his passing.” Lastly, the Sanctuary of Łagiewniki is closely tied to his teachings on the Divine Mercy of God, inspired by the sacred visions of Sister Faustina Kowalska.
